Three bed detached villa in quiet location. Private gardens with own pool. Villa has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday. It has a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have air con units for your comfort during high summer months and gas central heating for the winter months. The house demands a high spec for soft furnishing. It has a homely ambiance. It has a lovely patio with sun loungers and patio set for comfortable seating. The garden is surrounded by green and potted plants scattered around the garden areas. There is plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing, relaxing and children to play in. Suitable for families. Three comfortable bedrooms. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Travel cot, erected cot and zed bed suitable for a small child available. Walking distance from local shops and returants. 5-10 mins drive. Nearest beaches . Lazenia boulevard is 5 mins drive. The villa is surrounded by green hedges and backs on to a green wooded area all bedrooms have air con.

Was a lovely family villa in a nice location central to beaches golf courses and other urbanizations. There are plenty amenities within the villa which gave a more of a home feel than a rental property. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property with plenty of space in a great location

We had a lovely weeks stay in this great property. Its very spacious with a really nice size pool and garden and plenty of places to sit whether in the sun or shade. All the things you could want in the kitchen are there, TV and WiFi was good and nice comfy beds.

What an amazing holiday! The villa is stunning inside and outside. It has everything you need, especially in the kitchen. So clean and spacious. We didnt have a car so our airport transfers were arranged there and back. The pool area was our favourite place to be, just perfect. Thanks so much and hope to book again some day.

Fantastic villa

Loved our stay, the villa was superb. Such a homely place with everything you could need. Also the garden/pool area was ideal for us, we made full use of this area which is so tranquill. The location is just a short drive to some great beaches and walking distance to shops, bars and restuarants. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and we shall definately be returning.

We had a love stay at Annettes villa. It was within walking distance to many Bars,restaurant's and supermarkets and about 25 minute walk to Villamartin plaza. The villa itself had everything that you could need, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area with a lovely corner sofa to relax. Overall a great holiday

Villa is just as described. Outdoor area is really great with a wonderful pool and the whole neighborhood is a very calm area. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Still I would recommend to have a car to easily reach beaches and other area of interest.

Very good communication with the property manager, made the process very stress free. Always available if required. Villa is a lovely place to stay, has everything you would require for a break. The outside area is especially nice, lovely for lazy days around the pool and dining outside. Communal pool is also lovely of you have small children.

We are a family of 6 , and wanted somewhere with a bit of space , our own pool and close to amenities . Annette's lovely villa ticked all our boxes and she always responded quickly to any questions we had . Lovely villa , like home from home , comfy beds , good air con in the bedrooms , lovely pool and there is a communal pool we used just across the road . Great wifi , secure location and no more than 10min drive to beaches / shops etc , would recommend a hire car . Overall we had a perfect stay , 5 * from us ! Thanks

Holiday with friends in Los Dolses

This is a lovely villa in a surprisingly quiet urbanisation. It is the exact layout for our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much and visited many different areas, even the Mar Menor, using our hire car. There were a few issues with the TV and the upstairs bedroom door handle but Annette was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, I honestly did not want to leave. The pictures did not really do it justice. The villa has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Loads of plates cutlery, pots, pans, dishwasher etc Gas BBQ which we used ALOT. Peaceful/Private location just a short walk to supermarket, restaurants and bars. Lovely own pool and also amazing communal pool just across the road. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. A big thank you to the owners for letting us rent your property.

Vacaciones familiares

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en esta mansión. El anuncio es completamente veraz y la casa es genial. Grande, cómoda, limpia, con un patio grande y una piscina estupenda. Los propietarios están fuera pero cualquier problema te lo solucionan en cuanto te pones en contacto con ellos. Contestan enseguida. Nos otros íbamos dos adultos con dos niños pero la casa tiene capacidad para más. Hay dos habitaciones de matrimonio y una con dos camas de 90 y una cuna. Todas constan de aire acondicionado. El lugar es muy tranquilo y, aunque necesitas coche para desplazarte, todo pilla cerca, incluso hay un supermercado a menos de 10 minutos andando. Para ir a la playa sí necesitas coche, eso sí, si consigues sacar a los niños de la piscina. Al final haces vida en la terraza, en el porche hay una mesa con 6 sillas y un ventilador de techo. Sería ideal tener ahí una tv La casa es acogedora. No es la típica casa puesta solo para alquilar, con lo justo. Tiene de todo. Incluso películas y CDs, así como juegos de mesa. Los propietarios son ingleses y las indicaciones de todo están en inglés. Nadie te recepciona a la entrada, pero es todo muy sencillo siguiendo sus indicaciones y consultando si tienes alguna duda. La tv es satélite y también en inglés. Es una muy buena opción para las vacaciones en estos tiempos de covid. Diversión y descanso sin riesgos

Vacances au top dans une villa au top

Villa super propre dans un quartier très calme et super chic . Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire à la cuisine et ds la villa, plusieurs petis coin salon dans le jardin. Vous pouvez louer la villa les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu au contraire encore mieux que sur les photos.

Ideal

Ante todo decir que es una magnífica casa, aunque voy a poner algunas cosas ‘negativas’, el grado de satisfacción general con ella es muy alto. Las fotos no hacen justicia a todo lo que ofrece la casa. Dos plantas (en la de abajo dos dormitorios, baño completo, salón y cocina/comedor, en la de arriba dormitorio y baño completo). Una terraza en la planta de arriba para tender y un jardín trasero con piscina, tumbonas, barbacoa y un velador. Muchos sillones y sofás. Cocina muy completa, con todos los electrodomésticos y mucha vajilla y útiles de cocina. La limpieza buena, aunque cuando llegamos se notaba que la vivienda había estado cerrada por un largo periodo de tiempo. Este olor se fue disipando conforme pasaban los días y se ventilaban las habitaciones. Lo que si deja un poco que desear es la limpieza exterior. Tanto en las terrazas del jardín como la de arriba había una fuerte capa de polvo. Le pegamos un buen baldeo con mangueras. Las hamacas también presentaban bastante polvo y hubo que darles con la manguera antes de utilizarlas. Otra cosa que adolecía de un poco de falta de limpieza era el interior de los armarios de la cocina. Mucha de la vajilla se veía con la típica película de cuando lleva mucho tiempo en el armario y en otros armarios había restos de alimentos. No quisimos tocarlos (y no me refiero a consumirlos sino a sacarlos y tirarlo) con lo cual al final quedaba poco espacio para las cosas que nosotros habíamos traído. Afortunadamente la cocina es grande y con muchos poyetes donde se podían dejar las cosa. Había un par de ‘roturas’ en la casa (una persiana no abría, el grifo del fregadero no tenía agua fría, el pomo de la puerta principal estaba regular y costaba abrir la puerta desde el interior). Me comuniqué con la dueña y a la mañana siguiente vinieron un par de hombres a verlo. Y digo verlo porque no hicieron mucho más, quedaron en que pasarían a arreglarlo cuando no estuviéramos pero, al parecer, es cuando ya nos fuéramos. Evidentemente no son cosas imprescindibles por lo que quedó en mera anécdota. Como resumen, casa MUY recomendable, en un vecindario muy tranquilo (apenas había 3 o 4 casas ocupadas y el resto con sus propietarios viviendo fuera, suponemos) con muy buenas características y equipamiento, bien comunicada . Si puedo, repetiré, me ha encantado.
