Fully air-conditioned (from late afternoon and through the night) & free Wi Fi throughout. Ground floor comprises lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen/utility area, two twin bedrooms and shower/wet room. Internal stairs to first floor and master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Patio Doors lead to secluded sun terrace with retractable canopy over.

Los dolses/ villamartin.

Absolutely fantastic, pool right on the doorstep & large,not crowded,the villa owner is great & nothing was a hassle. The villa itself was superb & more than adequate for 6 adults. Short walks to both villa Martin & la fuente great places to eat & have a good time, would highly recommend 👍

Fantastic family holiday

From the start of booking this fantastic Villa, through to our stay the extended family enjoyed the holiday. The children especially loved the pool area, a bit cool for the adults. Local amenities within very short distance, with supermarket, chemist, bars, restaurants etc. We took Dave suggestions up on local restaurants, no disappointments,! Thank you Dave

Great stay - lovely Villa

Villa was lovely, everywhere was very clean and really comfortable and included everything we needed for our stay and sun terrace on top floor was nice surprise. Thanks to Dave all the useful info and for the extras left on our arrival which was a really lovely thought and he responds quickly to any queries. Pool was fabulous and right outside Villa. Supermarket within 5 minute walk. Walked to Villa Martin Plaza for meals out and entertainment as not too much choice in immediate area around the Villa but it’s easy walking distance to Villa Martin Plaza.

excellent villa in a good location

we have rented other villa's over the past few years but this has to be one of the best. spotlessly clean on arrival, 3 good sized bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. the very large communual pool was perfect for our young grandchildren , in fact we had the pool to ourselves due to Easter was early this year. Dave the owner was a pleasure to deal with, mainly because he is based in England. he arranged for our party of 7 to be picked up from Alicante airport, Ted the driver was very helpful and gave us a lot of info. about the local area. overall we have had a perfect and relaxing holiday.

La casa está genial y la piscina una pasada el propietario Dave muy amable y siempre disponible repetiremos lo único que el aire acondicionado está limitado por horas pero bueno se lleva con la piscina en general muy bien

Creemos que esto funciona para nuestros huéspedes del Reino Unido, pero menos aceptable para aquellos de España que están acostumbrados al aire acondicionado en sus hogares. Como dices, la piscina está ahí para mantenerte fresco durante el día. Espero poder darle la bienvenida nuevamente.

La casa fenomenal pero la televisión no se podía ver en español, se lo comenté ya al propietario espero que lo solucionen. La piscina una pasada y pegada a la casa. Un poco retirado de la playa y los restaurantes cercanos solo había estranjeros. Sino fuera apor está le daría un 10.

Por lo general, los huéspedes que viajan desde el Reino Unido nos reservan con 18 meses de anticipación. COVID ha cambiado las cosas este año. Très belle villa dans une charmante résidence. La piscine est à moins de dix mètres de la maison. Très proche d’un grand centre commercial et de plusieurs magasins. Plusieurs plages sont à proximité en voiture. Séjour parfait à refaire

Great villa, location is spot on

A very last minute booking for 7 of us turned into an absolutely brilliant golfing trip. The villa is spotless with everything needed, a home from home.
