Villa Saudade

Saudade is a 200 m² detached house, located in a quiet and central area of ​​the island, away from the tourist areas.
It has a heated pool at 27ºC, three large covered terraces and two living rooms with large windows that will allow you to enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the volcanoes. The home is fully equipped to make your stay a unique experience.

Central location and only 10 minutes from the airport.

The house, with its three terraces facing the sunny south, will allow you to enjoy many moments outdoors contemplating the beautiful views of the sea, the mountains and the island of Fuerteventura.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, refrigerator, freezer, as well as dishes and other utensils with which you can prepare any meal.

The house has two large living rooms where you can enjoy a movie session, listen to your favorite music, read an interesting book or simply contemplate the beautiful views of the sea through its large windows. One of the two living rooms has a 65-inch television.

It has three comfortable bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning (hot/cold), which will allow you to rest peacefully during your vacation.

Private parking area for several vehicles next to the house. It is necessary to have a car to travel around the island.

You can access the entire house except the garage

Absolutely wonderful villa

Everything is just as shown in the photographs and it is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The villa is quiet but not isolated and we loved the location. Felipe is an excellent and very kind host and gave us details of where to visit and the generous provisions on our arrival were very much appreciated. Including a home made cake baked by his wife. Totally recommend this villa - you definitely won’t regret booking!

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen

Die Villa "Saudade" ist wirklich ein sehr komfortables Haus, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Beschreibung entspricht genau der Wirklichkeit.Wir wurden von Felipe am Haus erwartet und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Er ist ein äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber. Der Empfang mit gedecktem Tisch und gefülltem Kühlschrank für den ersten Tag war sehr überraschend. Sogar selbstgebackener Kuchen und ein Brot waren da, das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt.Jeden dritten Tag hat sich Felipe intensiv um den Pool gekümmert und er kam zur vereinbarten Zeit, so dass die Privatsphäre immer gegeben war.Alles in einem: Nur weiterzuempfehlen !!!Martina und Michael

Gern kommen wir wieder !

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage. Man sieht das Meer und auch die Vulkane im Süden. Es ist ruhig und es sind nur 3 oder 4 Häuser in der Nachbarschaft. Das Haus selbst ist hervorragend konzipiert und auch mit mehreren nutzbar. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und in einem Superzustand. Der Vermieter, Felipe Jessus, ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alle 3 Tage kümmert er sich selbst um den Pool. Wir waren über Weihnachten dort und das Haus war mit sehr viel Mühe weihnachtlich dekoriert. Es war für alles gesorgt ! Wir hatten schon viele Ferienhäuser - aber dies gehörte zu den Besten !

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Felipe und Donina sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Das Haus war zur Weihnachtszeit sehr schön dekoriert. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und man kann von den verschiedenen Außenbereichen den fantastischen Ausblick genießen. Die Lage ist prima. Das nahe Puerto Calero hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Superb!

Fantastic hosts and a great property. I brought my parents with me.. 2 x 77yr olds and they loved every second of the vacation. The property is true to description and offers everything you might need aswell as fabulous views and an ideal location.

Hervorragende Unterkunft und Gastgeber!

Wir durften 4 Wochen in dieser traumhaft schönen Villa wohnen. Sie ist sehr sauber, jede Woche erfolgt eine Reinigung sowie Hand-, Badetuch- und Geschirrtuchwechsel. Der Pool wird jeden 3. Tag gereinigt. Wenn man Fragen hat, werden sie umgehend beantwortet. Ich hätte gerne 10 Sterne gegeben, leider ist das nicht möglich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!! Angelika und Michael

Gut ausgestattete Villa mit schöner Aussicht und netten Besitzer

AMAZING!!

If you are considering this property …… do it! We have just had a brilliant week in this beautiful property that feels more like a home than a holiday villa. We arrived later than anticipated but were greeted by the owners Dorina and Felipe who gave us a tour and had provided an amazing welcome spread of bread, cheese, wine, meats, fruit and a homemade cake, which was really appreciated. The owners were always on the end of the phone if needed, whilst really respecting our privacy. They gave us plenty of information regarding places to visit. Peaceful, relaxing Lanzarote has a stunning volcanic landscape and great beaches. Lots of lovely places to visit . Las Quevas de los Verdes is a great trip for all the family. There are lots of great restaurants, El Toro near Puerto del Carmen being out favourite for truly delicious Spanish dishes. We would love to return, thank you Dorina and Felipe!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist wie den Bildern zu sehen auch in Wirklichkeit so. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man kommt von dort überall hin. Bei Anreise haben wir einen tollen Empfang bekommen mit einem gedecktem Tisch. Der Pool wird alle paar Tage gereinigt und nach einer Woche das Haus geputzt.( neue Bettwäsche/ Handtücher). Wir haben Tips zur Insel bekommen und konnten sich immer melden wenn wir fragen haben. Die beiden sind tolle Vermieter.. Danke Dorina und Felpie für die schöne Zeit.

Einfach traumhaft!

Die Villa ist mit so viel Herz und Liebe eingerichtet und ausgestattet, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Lage und Ausblick sind einfach atemberaubend. Dorina und Felipe sind so herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber wie wir sie noch nicht erlebt haben. Traumhaus

Das Haus ist wie bei den Bildern zu sehen ein Traum!,,, Die Lage ist sehr zentral . Man hat einen tollen Bllick auf das Meer und Fuerteventura (v.a bei Nacht). Bei Anreise super toller Empfang sogar mit gedecktem Tisch mit viel Obst/selbsgebackenem Kuchen/Flasche Wein. Es wird alle 3 Tage der Pool gesperrt und nach 1 Woche sogar das Haus geputzt , neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher (auch Pool) bereitgestellt. Man erhält auch jederzeit tips zur Insel und kann sich melden falls fragen , etc. sind. Wir buchen oft Häuser , aber einen solchen Luxus , tolle Vermieter hatten wir noch nie! Jederzeit wieder!

We have stayed at quite a few villas but this was the best by far. Even before we left Scotland Felipe was in touch with useful information. We arrived to a truely lovely and genuine welcome from Felipe and his wife. A delicious cake, wine and fruit. The villa was spotless and they have thought of everything, pool towels, every cooking utensil possible,plenty of cutlery glasses etc. The pool was great and warm. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of parking if you have a car. The Villa is 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Puerto Calero and 20 mins Playa Blanca. We did not need anything during our stay but I am confident if we had contacted Felipe he would have been able to help. The photos on the listing are an accurate picture of the villa, it has stunning views. I can not recommend it highly enough.

Estupenda casa y estupendos propietarios

Hemos estado maravillosamente bien en esta fantástica casa, muy bien ubicada para desplazarnos a cualquier punto de la isla, y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas fantásticas vacaciones en familia. Agradecer a su vez a los propietarios la atención ofrecida ante cualquier imprevisto que pudimos tener y que nos solventaron de forma eficiente y rápida. Hemos estado de maravilla. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, la situation (calme, proximité des axes routiers... et la vue surprenante, on ne s’en lasse pas!), la piscine chauffée ( réellement chauffée), la fonctionnalité de tous les appareils, le confort et pour couronner le tout, la gentillesse du propriétaire.
