From the large car port you enter the main door which gives access to a mezzanine area with a smart TV and sofa seating for 4 (sofa can be made into a bed). Wide stairs lead down to an extensive sitting/dining room with wall-to-wall sliding windows opening on to the south-facing terrace, BBQ area, and terrace pool (which at one end has an offset area designed for non-swimmers or young children, approx 4m x 2m and 70cms deep). The kitchen is self-contained with a breakfast table and adjacent laundry with washer/dryer. A guest WC is next door. Upstairs three spacious bedrooms have gorgeous ocean views, one en-suite and two with balconies. The shower room is stylish and large.
