The villa can host up to 4 people. It has a comfortable living room with a stone fireplace and an open space fully equipped kitchen. The living room leads to the amazing private pool that offers a splendid sea view to the Ionian Sea. The guests can enjoy relaxing peaceful moments by the pool with their loved ones and appreciate the breathtaking sunsets the Ionian Sea has to offer.

Day or night, the pool is the gathering spot for everyone giving away fun time unforgettable moments.

A spacious bedroom with a king size bed will ensure a comfortable relaxing sleep and the jacuzzi hydromassage bathtub will add a little extra luxury to your stay. 2 extra people can sleep in one king-size double sofa bed in the living room.There is also a garden and a playground in the complexs' common space. As well as a secure parking area!

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

The villa is located in the verdant and quiet environment of the traditional Greek village of Chortata on the west coast of Lefkas. Being on the west coast offers you the opportunity to visit all the famous and amazing beaches of Lefkada island, such as porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gialos, Kathisma (7 km away), Milos beach etc.
