Villa Stamata, situated in the most privileged western side of Lefkada, with the renowned sandy beaches (Agios Nikitas, Kathisma, Egremni, Porto Katsiki) and the unspoiled natural environment is a rare combination of tranquility, serenity, traditional hospitality and luxury. Commanding a wonderful position in the slope of the outskirts of Tsoukalades village, 6 Km away from the capital of the island (Hora), enables the visitor to enjoy the magnificent mountain and sea landscapes, the spectacular, colorful dawn and sunset scenery of the Ionian Sea and the panoramic view of Hora and Agios Ioannis’ windmills.
Villa Stamata consists of two modern, newly-built (2008) maisonettes of 80m2 each with an accommodation capacity of up to six person. Each residence has a private swimming pool and garden, is air-conditioned (cooling and heating) throughout and is fully equipped with the comforts of home. A fully equipped Kitchen - fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, boiler, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils - a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, cable TV, and DVD player, and a W.C. are provided on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Maid service is provided twice a week.

Unique location , magnificent view

Complete 5star experience. All facilities you need. Friendly people, quick response when you need some things extra in the house. Only remark: the queensize bed is too small , bit too narrow for 2 . But overall great experience. Views and pool outstanding. We will be back again.

Wonderful view and a nice house

Lovely base for visiting Lefkada. We enjoyed the pool and the house, which is not very big but big enough for our family of four. The views are stunning and it was particularly nice to be able to watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony. Due to the mountain breeze it was never too hot even though the temperatures were high during our visit. The location is very private since there are virtually no other houses near, yet it’s just a short drive from Lefkas with plenty of restaurants and shops. I would recommend this property.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit traumhaftem und unvergesslichem Panoramablick. Im Original noch schöner als auf den Bildern.Die beiden Villen sind gut ausgestattet und für jeweils vier Erwachsene vom Platz her ausreichend. Ebenfalls toll, sogar alle wesentlichen Utensilien wie Toilettenpapier, Flüssigseife, Spülmaschinen Tabs, Spülschwamm, etc. waren für eine Woche ausreichend vorhanden und auch die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden einmal gewechselt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle unvergessliche Woche (vier Erwachsene). Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da der Weg zum nächsten Ort doch ziemlich beschwerlich ist und auch die nächsten Strände fußläufig nicht erreichbar sind. Mit einem Auto ist die Lage perfekt und man erreicht schnell die schönsten Strände und die schöne Inselhauptstadt.Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter beim Wäsche-/Handtuchwechsel, wir bekamen sogar ein kleines Gastgeschenk. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles.Kleiner Verbesserungstipp an den Vermieter (keine Kritik!!). Etwas mehr Geschirr (Teller, Tassen, Besteck) wäre von Vorteil, damit man nicht nach jedem Essen die Spülmaschine betätigen muss.Lefkada ist eine traumhaft schön Insel, besonders in der Nebensaison. Wenn wir wieder nach Lefkada fahren, würden wir wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Villa Stamata war einfach wunderbar. Sehr ruhig, toller Pool, super Aussicht aufs Meer, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge und fußläufig sind einige gute Tavernen im Ort erreichbar. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar.

abseits, ruhig gelegenes schönes Haus mit Pool und traumhaften Meerblick

Villa Stomata besteht aus 2 Häusern, die ca. 30m voneinander entfernt liegen. Also genug Abstand um den Nachbarn nicht zu stören oder auch nicht gestört zu werden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, wurde 2008 erbaut und der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, bemüht und zuvorkommend. 2 mal in der Woche wurde das Haus gereinigt und alle Laken und Handtücher wurden getauscht. Wir hatten einen 2-tägigen Regensturm und am nächsten Tag war extra jemand da um den Pool zu reinigen. Also Service ist top. Lage ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss von der Hauptstrasse von Tsoukalades. Der Ort selber kann wenig, allerdings ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten sowohl in Agios Nikitas und auch in Lefkada Stadt und die besten Strände von Lefkada befinden sich alle an der Westküste. Der Blick vom Garten und vom Haus sind wirklich sehr schön und man hat absolute Ruhe. Das Haus ist groß genug für 4 Personen (Familie oder 2 befreundete Paare), aber bei mehr Personen wird es schon sehr eng. Auf jeden Fall ist das Haus absolut zu empfehlen.
