Luxury 4 bedroom villa

Located in the small Portuguese village of Monte Francisco at a dead end street you will find this luxurious property owners own home, which is very well maintained with own swimming pool, which could be heated with an additional fee. Fully air conditioned, living quarters all on one level. large outside area is very private with no one overlooking, with swimming pool and bbq and sunbeds, table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, utility room, large lounge and dinning room. Four extra large bedrooms (bigger than double rooms), 2 bedrooms are ensuites. Master bedroom has superking size bed with ensuite, bedroom 2 has one king size bed, and one single, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, bedroom 4 has superking bed with a single bed and ensuite all with fitted wardrobes. Hairdryers, straighteners, iron and ironing board. plenty of towels, and beach towels, wifi fast speed fibre, 85inch tv.. Games room with pool table, ping pong table, play station. The small village of Monte Francisco has 5 restaurants, small supermarket and is 10 minutes drive to Praia Verde and Cabeco beach, and 10 minute drive into Spain enjoying the different culture of Ayamonte and to experience the delicious tapas. Only 40 minutes drive from Faro airport, or an hour and fifteen minutes drive from Seville. Monte Francisco is in the heart of the golf world, with numerous golf courses, only a 5 minute drive away you can experience the 3 nine hole courses of Castro Marim which the villa overlooks, and a 5 minute drive to Quinta do Vale which is a designed signature course by Seve Ballesteros, also 15 minute drive into Costa Esuri golf course in Spain, and 20 minute drive to Isla Canela, Ayamonte, and many more. Due to the speck of my villa, sorry but no animals will be allowed.

Christine and Kenny were excellent hosts and made us fill like family. The house was spacious and perfect for a crew of eight. All amenities were fabulous and perfect for our holiday stay. The scenery around property was beautiful and serene. We highly recommend this property.

Exceptional stay at Monte Francisco

I did wonder whether the villa would be as good as the previous reviews suggested but it did not fail to disappoint. It did exactly what it said on the tin! Our stay at the villa was exceptional. All we needed for a relaxed family get away in quiet area of Monte Francisco with beaches, restaurants and shops within a 15min drive. The villa is very spacious, lots of outside seating areas, extremely well equipped was lots of mod cons, a/c throughout, windows with integral blackout blinds. Christine was an excellent host, she made sure our stay was first class. I would highly recommend her villa as an excellent place to stay.

This is the place to stay!

Christine and Kenny are amazing hosts and their place is a gem in a beautiful secluded part of the Algarve. Close to beaches, restaurants and attractions as well as an easy drive to Spain for more to explore! The pictures in the listing just don't do this place justice. It's is stunning and large. So much space for adults and children to enjoy. The pool is fabulous with a beautiful breeze throughout the day. I can't say enough about how amazing Christine and Kenny were. Very responsive, provided some great recommendations for places to eat and so accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a get away to the beaches!

The most wonderful villa. Everything was absolutely perfect for our family of 10, ranging in ages from 70 to 2. Check in was seamless as we were met and given a tour of this enormous property. So much room and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We made great use of the barbecue and lovely kitchen. Entertainment for everyone, great tvs and wifi. Great to have ample bath and pool towels. Comfortable beds and full air conditioning, which we were grateful for. Most of our time was spent outside in the pool, morning, noon and night and we chose to eat outside as well. Able to stroll to the very small village store which had all essential and lovely fresh bread in the morning. The villa is easily accessible from the main roads and only 5 minutes from larger towns and beaches. Uber works very well and very reasonable in this area and we took advantage of this for nights out. Our hostess Christine went out of her way to make this holiday amazing even before we arrived, much appreciated. Perfect 70th birthday and we so hope we can return here.

Unforgettable August Getaway: A Perfect Holiday House for Friends and Kids

Our August vacation at the Chrsiti House was nothing short of amazing! A group of friends and our kids embarked on a memorable journey filled with laughter, adventure, and relaxation. With excellent amenities and a beautiful setting, this vacation home provided the perfect backdrop for our summer escape. The first thing that struck us upon arrival was the spaciousness of the house. It comfortably accommodated our group of friends and the kids, with room to spare. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ensured privacy and convenience for everyone. The fully-equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, especially with a bunch of hungry kids. We could easily prepare meals, and the modern appliances made cooking a breeze. The house had a plethora of entertainment options to keep both kids and adults entertained. From board games and a well-stocked DVD collection to a large-screen TV and a gaming console, there was never a dull moment. The highlight of this vacation house was the outdoor space. The kids had a blast running around the spacious yard and swimming pool, while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the patio. A barbecue grill allowed us to have some delightful outdoor cookouts. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from the well-appointed amenities to the gorgeous surroundings. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway with friends and kids, this vacation house is an excellent choice. We can't wait to return and create more unforgettable memories in this wonderful place.

Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire dans une maison exceptionnelle, vraiment. Totalement équipée, rien ne manque. Tous les équipement sont parfaits. La maison est super propre. Aucun vis à vis sur la maison, pas de voisins proches. Nous avons pu rester tard dehors, sans déranger personne. Un barbecue et une plancha à notre disposition. La propriétaire nous a même ramené une friteuse neuve pour que nous puissions faites des frites. Il y a 4 chambres dont deux énormes suites composées de la chambre de très grands placards et d’une salle de bain. De deux autres chambres grandes également. Deux autres salles de bains sont également disponibles. Un sous sol avec salle de billard, Ping Ping et fléchettes. Bref une maison EXCEPTIONNELLE dans un cadre parfait! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour dans cette maison parfaite. Les propriétaires sont EXTRÊMEMENT accueillants et aux petits soins. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doutes !!!

Perfect relax!

The house is really great for a relaxing vacation. Located in a quiet area (you hear nothing but the birds), with Golf Castro Marim view (great view on the sunset!), it has plenty of nice areas that you can enjoy with your family or even when you need some more relaxing time alone: Swimming pool, coffee area in the outside, grill area with outdoor table, play room with snooker, table tennis, etc. Also a great beach 10min drive: We really love Praia Verde, but other options are also nearby, all with great restaurants when you are in the mood - I would recommend "Pezinhos na Areia". Back to the house: the hosts are lovely and you will have nothing but perfect communication and support during your stay. We will be back for sure next year!

Moradia grande, muito espaçosa, num ambiente rural calmo e relaxante. Ideal para famílias ou grupo de amigos numerosos. Estamos a 10 minutos de carro da Praia Verde e da Praia do Cabeço, assim como de Vila Real de Santo António e Espanha (Ayamonte). Piscina fantástica e espaço lúdico com mesa de ping pong e Snooker.
