The emerald waters in the Gulf of Mexico provides a tranquil background from the balcony of all units at Majestic Sun. You are just steps away from the beach, heated pools with waterfalls, hot tubs, golf, gym, and even a store onsite that carries all of your beach necessities. Seasonal water sports are offered, as well as bike rentals, and even three onsite restaurants so you never have to leave the property. Acme Oyster House is located on Seascape property. Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, and Melting Pot are all a short walk away and the outlet malls are just down the street.

This 2BR/2B upgraded unit has new furniture and was recently painted. It is located on the 9th floor in building A and has sweeping views of the ocean from the balcony and living room. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished property with a kitchen that is equipped for all your dining needs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa. Situated on the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and later watch the sunset from the balcony off 9th floor.

PARKING PASS UPDATE-1 PASS IS INCLUDED IN STAY. EACH ADDITIONAL PASS IS $15.

Better stay without the hassle over the cheap 20 cent wrist bands. I’m being charged 50 dollars due to discrepancy on turning in those rubber bands that get re used with each guest. We had 14 guest in two rooms with all the kids one is bound to lose one..spent over 5000 on rooms but all about that dang rubber band! More choices out there that don’t stress over that!

It clearly states the cost to replace the bands, even posted on the refrigerator. You said nothing about the missing bands. My cleaner had to inform me. I even offered to refund the money if you mailed them to me. You are rude and the type of customer I prefer not to deal with. Sorry the wrist bands you lost ruined your stay. I would rate you a 2/10.

The view is amazing and beach access is wonderful. The facility also has a great pool as well. The place is stocked well with beach amenities. Note the bathrooms only had 1 roll of toilet each- insufficient for a week stay. I was told this was “standard”, but I have never heard of such a thing or experienced it anywhere else so be mindful when you have a longer stay here. They have pool/facility access wristbands for you to wear, six in all. When we checked out, we made sure all six were in the requested location and took a photo. An hour after we had departed, we were notified there were only five found by the cleaners and we would have to pay 25. I declined and said that’s not true, look again, they pressed for payment but I knew all six were there and then it was found. If you stay, be sure you document the location of these wristbands or the cleaning crew may ask you for 25.

The first thing my cleaner documents are the wrist bands because we have to pay to replace them. I sent you a photo of the 5 you left in the basket. She later found the sixth band bundled in towels in the master bath and I let you know that. I am shocked that you posted that all six were in the basket because that is not true and you know that. You even had a mini Jesus on the door handle outside the unit which I thought was lovely. Both comforters were so stained that she soaked for hours to remove. She even delivered trash bags because you complained about that. Some people can't be pleased.
