Majestic Sun! THE place to be in Destin! This is a LUXURY RESORT condominium overlooking the Beautiful Emerald Coast beach. The views are spectacular in this 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom deluxe unit that sleeps eight comfortably.
This is a very open, bright, and cheerful condo featuring 9 ft. ceilings throughout. It is recently renovated so that everything is very new, clean, and comfortable for our guests. There is fresh paint and new lighting throughout, new refrigerator, new washer/dryer, new furniture, linens, and the list goes on!! EVERTHING is very clean and extremely comfortable.
There are two master suites each with their own private bath. One has a king size bed and the other has two doubles. The bedrooms are very spacious and both have HDTV. Each bedroom features new linens, draperies and décor. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet and dresser drawer space and both have private baths with tiled showers, new lighting and paint. The master bath has a double vanity.
The family room is large and spacious with a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Eight can sleep comfortably and nobody is stuck with a bunk in the hall! There is a 50” flat screen LED TV. The oversized glass doors leading to the balcony are extra-large to take in the priceless view of the Gulf.
The balcony has magnificent full-on views of the Gulf and the beach! There is a table and chairs so sit back, relax, enjoy the view, nice breeze, ocean waves and sunshine or catch a sunset as it disappears into the Gulf.
The dining room table can seat your family comfortably and there’s a breakfast bar with seating for hanging out with the chef in the family. You will love the dining room chandelier that is filled with glitz and glam reflecting the light in such a beautiful way as it sends prisms around the room. Every detail has been considered, from the art on the walls down to the reflective vases that add both charm and glitter to this fabulous space.
The kitchen is quite nice to cook in and boasts a full size pantry to store all your groceries. It is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, bake wear, all the utensils and small appliances needed. There is a a built in microwave, dishwasher, range and a new refrigerator that keeps everything fresh and cold. Yes, you can see the views of the Gulf from the kitchen and dining room too!
The décor throughout is classy beach. The cool blue and white colors are reminiscent of the Greek Islands or a wonderful coastal cottage.
You will enjoy over 2000 feet of unspoiled sugar white Gulf beaches right in front of the building. There is a beach bar tiki hut with cold drinks as well as chair, umbrella and water craft rentals.
There is the Seascape 9 hole Golf Course right behind the building so pack your clubs. No matter what direction you look, the views are awesome. The fitness buff will love the 8 tennis courts, pickleball courts, and on-site, state of the art fitness center. This is a resort gated community with on-site concierge services.

POOL! Yes the pools are truly magnificent. The pools consist of a 3200 square foot, multi-level, indoor/outdoor pool with fountains, waterfall accents, 2 hot tubs, and the prettiest landscaping around with palm trees and flowers. There is a shower area to wash off the sand when you come up from the beach. The property has nature, cycling and jogging paths. There are on-site bicycle rentals and grab a snow-cone while you’re there. There are two restaurants on the grounds and a third located just down the road that sits directly on the beach with great views.
Watch the dolphins play in the mornings while you have your coffee on your private balcony overlooking the Gulf. In the evening you will see the most beautiful sunsets. It is heavenly.
You will love the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants while the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just a short drive away. There is also plenty of nearby entertainment. The location on Scenic Gulf Drive is perfect. This is the best area in all of Destin and The Majestic Sun is THE PLACE TO BE. It truly is majestic.
