Light, spacious and airy ground floor flat in a perfect location for Kynren. The flat has full amenities for a comfortable stay including a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.

The flat has a large double bedroom, living room with sofa-bed, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom with a shower. It is a very spacious flat for 2 adults but is still very comfortable for a family or 4 adults. Access is disabled friendly due to the ground floor location immediately next to the car park. There is CCTV for the block of flats which covers the car park and doorways and any vehicles parked can be seen from the flat.

The flat is situated within the town. It is a short 5-10 minute walk to the hospital and Supermarkets and a very pleasant 20 minute walk to the centre of the town. In the opposite direction it is a 30 minute walk to a retail park with a range of shops. The town has a beautiful castle and lots of events throughout the year including the spectacular Kynren.
The city of Durham is approximately a 25 minute drive and Newcastle is approximately a 45 minute drive.

There are public transport links into the major towns and cities nearby. Parking is also available at the flat and at all towns in the area. Please just give me a shout if you have any questions. The information I can provide varies on the modes of transport you may rely on.
