* the open plan living area has a large modern kitchen which flows into the lounge and dining area which includes a stunning 30 foot atrium looking out onto the waterfall feature and main infinity pool allowing light to flood in and makes the most of the incredible ocean and hillside views. It also has a bar area with a pool table for you to enjoy whilst also taking in the spectacular views.

* the large glass sliding doors open onto the fabulous infinity pool area and garden with beautiful colourful flower beds, an outside shower, BBQ and further dining table with seating for 10 under a shaded canopy, 7 sun loungers, parasols, also a sofa and two chairs with a coffee table which seat 5; all perfect for enjoying the magnificent views and sunsets whilst enjoying alfresco dining or a dip in the pool.

A spectacular very spacious master suite with a super king bed, two bedside units, a large dressing table and chair, very large wardrobes, TV and seating area with two beautiful single sofa beds suitable for younger children so it can sleep 4 (at an additional cost). This amazing bedroom opens up onto the pool/garden area through two sets of glass sliding doors which let light floor in. This room remains significantly cooler than the other bedrooms.
* En-suite Bathroom 1 – is a very large en-suite with a huge shower, sink, triple vanity unit and toilet.

* Spa Area – this beautiful area with turkish tiling includes Gym Equipment and two enticing Spa Heated Loungers, and is perfect for when you want to work off those extra pounds from all the wonderful holiday food, wish to relax and sooth any aches from all that exercise or simply wish to chill out! The second pool/garden area is accessed via here through a set of glass double sliding doors.

* Ocean Pearl Suite – Master Bedroom 2 (A Perfect Honeymoon Suite)
This very large dazzling second master includes a super king bed, two bedside units, large dressing table and chair, a very large mirrored wardrobe and sofa. A set of three large floor to ceiling double sliding doors open up onto the pool/garden area. This room remains significantly cooler than the other bedrooms.
*Master Bathroom 2 - This Luxurious and decandent Master Bathroom has double frosted glass doors. It has an extra large couples bath, large massage shower, double sinks with six vanity units underneath and an extra huge full wall length mirror and is the best you will find. You can't help but feel extra special! It also has a separate toilet within the bathroom with a further sink and vanity unit.

Upper Level
Access is via a spiral staircase leading to:

* a mezzanine area with two arm chairs looking over the central atrium and waterfall feature where you can enjoy fabulous views and watch the sun go down.
* there are 3 further spacious bedrooms including one twin with 2 single beds and two with king size beds, all have private balconies and sea views. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.

Location

* Set in a peaceful lower hillside position with stunning Ocean and Hillside views Villa Ocean Pearl is in Lower Kiziltas away from any noise and is an easy 10-15 minute stroll into town with its array of bars, restaurants, night life and shops. The Marina is also just a 15-20 minute walk. Although we recommend a short taxi ride (less than 5 minutes) back in the summer heat.

* There are also two supermarkets very close by (5-10 minutes walk) and a great little Turkish restaurant just a 5 minute stroll away called Ayse's Kitchen which is raved about on TripAdviser which is great for breakfast and lunch if you can drag yourself away from the Villa! Their is also an amazing very large market on a Thursday less than a 10 minute walk away which is great for some holiday shopping and bargaining which is also opposite a lovely cafe/restaurant/shop called The Junction which also does delicious food and has live music some evenings.
