About this property

Familiar Apartments very close to the sea.

Our apartments are located in the urbanization of Son Bauló (Ca'n Picafort), 5 minutes walk from the magnificent beach of Son Bauló and a little further from Ca'n Picafort beach. We have created a quiet and very familiar atmosphere, ideal to relax on your holidays.

For the 2019 season they have a new direction and management. We are currently improving several aspects of its facilities (facade, furniture and decoration of the rooms, as well as the furniture of common areas and swimming pool). And we will continue making reforms year after year to offer a better service and adapt to our customers.

Son Bauló is a very quiet urbanization but at the same time has all the necessary services (restaurants, beach clubs, parks and gardens, hospital center, ...) and is well connected with public transport (bus, taxi) and tourist train.

The best is its magnificent white sand beach with the Blue Flag emblem, which has all the necessary services for tourists (sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, beach bars, ...).

If you decide to spend your vacation with us, you will not regret it!

Très belle résidence propre et calme

Appartement propre, correspondant à la description. Environnement calme. Proche commerce et plage. Piscine très bien. Personnel très sympathique. A l'écoute. Service de ménage et changement de linge de lit et de toilette très regulierement. C'est très appreciable. Nous avons passé un super séjour. On recommande çe lieu. Il manque je trouve un local laverie. La laverie automatique la plus proche est à Plusieurs kms ce qui peut être gênant.
