The apartment enjoys full sun all day, overlooks the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains and is situated on a hill above the port in a peaceful location but close to shops and restaurants, amenities are only a very short drive (3-4 minutes) or 15 minutes walk away. The shared swimming pool is large and surrounded by a sun bathing area with loungers and chairs. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped with the latest modern conveniences. It has a total area of 120m2. The apartment has a lovely living room (with French doors) which opens onto a big, furnished private terrace, and little garden with bougainvillea overlooking the bay. Large terrace semi covered terrace. The apartment is light and airy but also well equipped for winter, autumn and spring having heating. There's air-conditioning in all rooms. Private comunal parking area.

Vollständig ausgestattetes Ferienappartement mit grosser Terrasse, die zur Hälfte überdacht ist und daher bis auf den späten Nachmittag ausreichend Schatten bietet. Mietkaution sinnvoll, Parken durch eigenen Parkplatz problemlos.
Restaurant- Empfehlung: "Nautilus " (fußläufig) und "Es Passeig" am Strand von d'en Repic.
Für abends Mückenmittel einpacken.

Fantastisk terrasse med udsigt til bjergene og hele byen samt vandet.
Dejlig indrettet lejlighed.
Dejlig pool kun beregnet til beboerne.

Generelle oplysninger om adgang til lejligheden kom først dagen før afrejse efter at have kontaktet ejer. Ville føles mere trygt at have fået det tilsenst noget før.
Ejer var nem at ringe til og mangler blev rettet.
We loved this apartment the big downside was the walk up the hill to the apartment. It’s a fair climb and there are few street lights. There are then a few steps to climb to get to the apartment . However the apartment and private terrace were lovely. The views from the terrace were stunning.
