About this property

Stunning 2 bed Soller villa with pool in private grounds with spectacular views

Wonderful 2-bedroom villa, newly built in the traditional Mallorcan style. New 8x4 meter pool. Secluded and spacious south-facing gardens within easy walking distance of Soller Town Square. Fabulous views over Soller and the Tramantana Mountains. Tastefully furnished to a high standard. A 5 minute walk to the nearest shop and a short tram ride to the beach.


Every room is equipped with air conditioning and heating and there is a working fireplace in the lounge. The villa is suitable both for families and groups of friends. Parking is on level ground next to the villa and all doors in the villa are easy-access, double doors. Full access available to the terraces and outdoor eating area next to the villa but lower terraces would be difficult for wheelchair access.

Please note that the road up to our villa, which is about 100 metres long, is steep and narrow with stone walls on either side. Vans and fire engines can drive up it but for your peace of mind, it is recommended that guests hire a small car featured in Categories A or B of car rental ranges. The attached photos show us in a larger car - a Ford Focus - so you can judge for yourselves.

Alles war bestens außer die Zugangsstraße zum Objekt.. konnten es mit unserem Auto nicht erreichen.. sind dann die enge Straße mit ziemlicher Steigung zu Fuß gegangen … sonst alles super schön 👍

Villa sehr gut, Auffahrt sehr schwierig
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, Lage und Aussicht sehr gut. Es fehlte eine Betriebsanleitung für TV, WLan funktionierte am ersten Tag nicht, Betreuer Pablo löste das Problem am nächsten Tag, stellte auch die deutschen Sender ein. Auf die schwierige Zufahrt wurden wir erst vom Eigentümer hingewiesen. Der Hinweis dazu fehlte in der Ausschreibung von FeWo.

Beautiful house and perfect stay
We stayed for one week. Beautiful house with nice view. House was perfect. Mind that the road the the house is super narrow. One does need a small car otherwise no chance.

Ausblick ins Tal und Haus war fantastisch. Anfahrt laut Beschreibung war etwas schwierig. Skizze ?
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub, das Haus lag perfekt um die schöne Umgebung des Tramuntana Gebirges zu erkunden. Empfehlenswert ist ein nicht so großes Auto, um die sehr enge Straße zum Haus heil hochzufahren. Vielen Dank

Urlaub am Rande von Soller
Das Objekt war in fast allem sehr, sehr schön, jedoch für die Außentemperaturen eindeutig nicht ausreichend isoliert. Die Lage hat sowohl für Inselbesuche und Wanderungen positiv zu unserem Urlaub beigetragen. Es sollte jedoch aufmerksam gemacht werden, dass nur sehr schmale Pkw für den Objektzugang geeignet sind. Wenn deutsche Touristen angesprochen werden, sollte sich das auch in den Dokumenten widerspiegeln. Meine Frau und ich könnten uns einen weiteren Urlaub mit FEWO-direkt vorstellen.
