Modern and cozy apartment with terrace and amazing sea views, wifi and A/C

Freshly modernised, quiet apartment with fabulous sea and mountains views and a great terrace that gets the sun from early morning. It is fully equipped not only with the standard items but also with iPod/iPhone dock, Nespresso coffee machine, rain-effect shower, air conditioning in the bedroom, safe free of charge (big enough for a lap top), central heating, private parking and WiFi.
It sits in a very quiet area, as there are no street around it, and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, tourist information office, tram & bus stop, taxis, boat trips, church, football pitch (ideal to go with children and jogging). Only 3 Km away you can find Sóller, lovely and charming town in a valley surrounded by orange and olive groves. Its main square is the neuralgic point of the area, with its modernistic architecture. Perfect mountain-town-sea combination in a spot with authentic majorcan character, nestled in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range (Unesco heritage). You will be greatly surprised!

Please note that the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. Keep in mind that there are 3 flights of stairs with quite number of steps.

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.
For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.

Fab week’s holiday

The apartment was just perfect for our stay in Port Sóller. It was comfortable with easy access into the port. It was also a great central position to visit other tourist locations. We hired a car but did not use it the whole week due to the local transport being so easy to use - tram, train & bus. We had a fantastic stay here.

The Wedding

The apartment was wonderful, great location 3 mins walk down the secret steps to the marina with a view to die for. Everything was there that we needed, clean and functional. Communications were great even when I had mixed up the leaving date the team were very helpful with taxi's and a later check out to allow us to sort ourselves out. A brilliant holiday made better by this great apartment. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous apartment, in a lovely location

We loved our stay in Port de Soller. Such a great town and the views from the apartment are amazing. Slightly spoiled by noisy upstairs neighbours but that can’t be helped and it wouldn’t stop us from returning. The apartment had everything we needed and is perfect for a couples trip away. Communication was easy and also a bonus to have a parking space. The stairs to the apartment and hill from the town do mean you have to have a fairly good level of fitness.

Port Soller Paradise

The location of this unit is fantastic! You are able to walk into port but still have the fabulous sea views to enjoy from your spacious balcony. The owners were extremely responsive and quickly replaced a broken tea kettle and promptly sent a TV technician to assist with the reception. We would have appreciated communication at least 1 week prior to our stay to collect our travel information and provide us with the details regarding access to the apartment. We would not hesitate to book this lovely apartment for another holiday!

Well equipped, great view

The property is well equipped, with heating throughout (which we used some evenings as we stayed in April) and aircon in the bedroom. A large fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine among the normal kitchen appliances. A large balcony with great views over Port de Soller. Also very useful shortcut via steps, down to the marina. Good shower and also a washing macine in a separate small utility room. A parking spot is a massive bonus as places to park are extremely hard to find.

Great Hosts

I had to cancel at the very last moment because of illness. Notwithstanding, the hosts were excellent throughout the period leading up to my scheduled stay. They initiated all comminucations and sent me the necessary tourist forms to make it easier for me. Unfortuneately becuase of illness I was not able to meet them, based on my interactions and reports from friends who stayed in the area, I will get there some day and this unit will be at the top of the list.

Amazing location and comfortable accommodation

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was completely as advertised, super clean, and quiet. It was the perfect size for 2 adults. We stayed for a week Bathroom was very clean, water pressure and temperature in the shower was good and we had plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There is a small laundry room with an apartment sized washer. There is no dryer but there were hangers for air drying. Bed was comfortable and we used the AC every day. Can't say enough about the patio, we had our coffee, wine and all meals out there. No bugs, beautiful view and private. Our flight in was delayed and the owner was very accommodating and communication was good. We needed hand soap and more toilet paper than was provided so I would just recommend when you buy initial groceries, add those to your list. Again, overall an amazing stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous View, Fabulous Location, Fabulous Flat

This flat had everything my wife and I needed for a fortnight stay. We didn't do any cooking, but everything was there if we had.If you like music, then take your own bluetooth speaker as there was nothing ther with quality sound.The flat was clean and comfortable and a couple of minor issues were resolved immediately by Virginia, our english speaking manager. She was excellent and responded very quickly to Whatsapp messages.The location is just superb. The Port de Soller harbour and beach with it's many restaurants & bars, is just a 5 minute walk away. The bus stop for the cheap and excellent bus service to Soller and Palma is 10-15 minutes walk.There is an included dedicated car parking space.Of course there is a downside to the fabulous view from the flat - it's on the hillside, which means that there are lot's of steps. From the harbour, there's 60 steps to access the flat. From the carparking space there 47 steps down to access the flat. In fairness the steps are wide and easy and my wife and I (fairly fit mid-60s) manged well enough. But the flat would not suit someone with badly impaired mobility.But with that one caveat I would recommend this flat to anyone and my wife and I certainly hope to return.Thanks to Virginia and her team.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine gut funktionierende Heizung, was an kälteren Tagen wirklich hilfreich ist. Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Das Bad ist auch klein, die Dusche ist aber gut und man kann den Raum gut lüften. Die Terrasse ist der Hit. Es macht Spaß, dort zu jeder Tages- und Abendzeit zu sitzen und dem Treiben im Hafen und der Bucht zuzuschauen. Über die Terrasse gibt es einen etwas versteckten, direkten Zugang zum Hafen. Sehr praktisch.

Tolle Lokalisation, wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr viele schick angezogene Menschen ein tolles Ort mit vielen Restaurants und gutes Essen.Die Lage ist allerdings nichts für Menschen mit Behinderungen und für Menschen, die schlecht zu Fuß sind. Man läuft sehr steil nach oben die Straße rauf und das ist schon für sportliche Menschen sehr anstrengend.Die kleine Terrasse vom Balkon aus muss man besser reinigen lassen. Traumblick auf den Hafen

Das Appartement war sehr schön, modern und neuwertig, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Das Bett ist relativ schmal aber bequem. Es gab auch zusätzliche Decken, falls man nicht mit der vorgesehenen Doppeldecke zurecht kommt.Highlight war der große Balkon, der (zumindest Anfang Mai) überwiegend schattig war. Wer volle Sonne will, kann die Liegen auf der schmalen Wiese unterhalb des Balkons benutzen. Zum Ort und allen Lokalen ist man schnell über die vom Balkon abgehenden Stufen.Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, keine Strasse und keine Musikbeschallung.Lediglich die Bewohner der Nachbar- und der darüberliegenden Wohnung waren öfters zu hören. Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig.Dies ist unsere 3. Ferienwohnung in Port de Soller und auf jeden Fall die Beste. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Hafen und Promenade sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Unsere Highlights: moderne gemütliche Einrichtung; sehr gut ausgestattete Küche; großer Balkon mit phantastischem Ausblick; Parkplatz inklusive; große Fenster; Welcome-Präsent der Gastgeberin; Bücher, WLAN & Co. vorhanden... Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin immer zeitnah und verbindlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
