Villa surrounded by greenery, a stone's throw from the sea

A dip in the Sicilian countryside, among almond trees, olive trees and a lush Mediterranean garden. But also a strategic starting point to reach in less than an hour the most suggestive places, such as Agrigento with the Valley of the Temples and the Scala dei Turchi, Caltagirone and Sciacca with the potters' shops, Piazza Armerina with the Villa del Casale, Naro and his baroque. And not only: the holiday in Licata offers splendid beaches unknown to mass tourism, excellent gastronomy, Liberty villas, churches and cloisters, a well-equipped marina, a large historic center full of testimonies from different eras.
Our country house allows you to enjoy all this from a "privileged" position, being located on a hill facing the sea: the sea can be reached on foot with a walk of just over half an hour between olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, or in five minutes by car. The living room is completely relaxing, in the quiet of the countryside, away from the noise of the center.
The house is equipped with everything, has a large and complete kitchen, a large equipped veranda, a barbecue, a covered parking space.
The rooms all face the outside with French windows, so they are completely independent.
The surrounding space, consisting of olive grove, orchard and garden, about two hectares, is completely available to guests.
The house consists of a double bedroom with a third bed in the mezzanine, a large living room with a French sofa bed, a comfortable kitchen, a large panoramic veranda.
The furniture is inspired by the tradition of the Sicilian countryside, with majolica, solid wood furniture, Sicilian carts.
The house is equipped with kitchen and table equipment, bed linen and a small library. On request it is possible to have beach equipment, children's games, bicycles; and also to book babysitting services, cleaning, car rental, guided walks, lunches, dinners and cooking lessons.
Thanks to the large outdoor area, parties are allowed.
Only limitation: we cannot accept animals because our four dogs live with us!
