Situated in an ideal position at the Western End of Aberdovey, near to the Aberdovey Golf Course,Tennis Courts, Golf Putting Green and Crown Green Bowling it is only a 5 minute gentle walk into the centre of Aberdovey Village and less to Aberdovey's glorious sandy beach.
With Parking available for up to 5 cars you do not have to worry about car parking charges, you will have the whole of Aberdovey and area to explore. 'Rossa' has 7 bedrooms in total - 4 doubles (3 ensuite) , 1 twin bedded room, 1 set of bunk beds where the bedroom can also take a cot plus in the annex from the kitchen there is another twin room and 2 put u up beds in the lounge, this annex also has its own bathroom.
The property also has a separate family bathroom and a separate downstairs WC. The property is centrally heated throughout and has a fully fitted kitchen with all modern utilities including an American Style fridge/freezer.
WIFI is available throughout ' It has a number of TV's, it has 2 x 30 inch with freeview and 1 x 50 inch TV, the 50 inch has freeview, BT Sport, Sky Q Package including Sky Sports and Movies, It also has a DVD players. The property welcomes your pet however they are on an individual request basis.
The garden and its facilities are available for your own private use 'Rossa' arranges short breaks of weekends and also midweek breaks together with the traditional 7/14 night durations.
Bed Linen, towels are also included for your use.
