Located on the Welsh Cambrian coast this newly built clean and spacious family home nestlings into the coastline 3 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the renowned Ynyslas sand dunes nature reserve on the gorgeous River Dyfi Estuary. The home offers open plan accommodation through the kitchen diner and living room with excellent lighting, wifi and large smart TV. Bi-fold doors open up onto a limestone patio and generous lawn with far reaching views across the unspoilt Welsh countryside with the Cambrian mountains to the left and the beautiful coastline to the right.
The property boasts 4 bedrooms, Bedroom 1 upstairs offers a balcony onto which guests can sit and enjoy a morning coffee. This bedroom also has its own generous ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 enjoys 2 single beds which can be pushed together to suit. The main bathroom upstairs serves this and bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 offers a king size bed and a single and offers the most stunning views of Cardigan bay and is often saturated in rich sunsets. The upstairs bedrooms nestle around a spacious landing and small office workspace with additional comfy seating.
Bedroom 4 downstairs has 1 Kingsize bed which can also be turned into 2 singles on request. This ground floor facility also enjoys its own ensuite bathroom with reasonable impaired mobility access .
The home benefits from underfloor heating, 5 star insulation properties and modern heat pump technology to ensure a comfy warmth throughout even on the coldest winter days. The little village of Borth a mile away offers eating and shopping opportunities and the colorful seaside university town of Aberystwyth is a 15 minute drive away along the pretty coastal road. The steam railway to Devils Bridge is a must. Visitors can enjoy watching the nesting Ospreys at the Osprey centre about 10 minutes drive away and the drive through Artists Valley enroute to the enchanting town of Machytleth is a treat .Snowdonia national park is an hours drive away.
