Lovely 2-Bed House in Punta Prima, Orihuela Costa

Our lovely 2 bedroomed town house is situated on the popular La Cinuelica Residential, Punta Prima on the Orihuela Costa. The house is spacious with a beautiful good size communal, residents only pool area, sun terrace and within a 10 minutes walk to the supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The closest beach is an easy 25-minute walk or a 3-5 min drive; with the town & marina of Torrevieja and some of the best blue flag beaches in Spain, all within a 10-minute drive too.

The House:

The house is in a great location and fully kitted out for couples, families and golfers alike. It has a NEW Flat Screen TV and DVD, with both English & Spanish Channels and Wi-Fi included in the price. There is a BBQ that can be used, as well as chairs and sun loungers for the pool area only. It has a garden and terrace area to the front, balcony off the twin bedroom and also a private roof solarium for your exclusive use. It is fully air conditioned, again included in the price, sleeps up to 6 people (when using the sofa bed) and our friendly agents are always on hand to make sure you are looked after. There is no additional surprises the price you pay includes all cleaning and our agents will meet you at the property to let you in.

Location:

Punta Prima is a suburb of Torrevieja situated on the Costa Blanca, approximately forty minutes from the two international airports of Alicante and Murcia. There are numerous high quality of golf courses as well as a local water theme park (Aquapolis) and Multi Activity Centre which includes a Go Kart Track, Paintballing, Kids Zone, Quad Biking and new for 2019 Static Skydiving; making this a great location for both summer and winter sun holidays.

Bars & Restaurants:

Situated within walking distance to the apartment are numerous Commercial Centres, the nearest being Zeniamar Commercial Centre with a Grill House, Irish Bar & Cafe, Italian Restaurant and just a 5-10 minute walk. A further 5-10 Minutes walk is the Citrus Centre where there are numerous bars, very cheap meals and drinks (Sunday lunch is just 5 Euro - booking advisable), Indian Tapas bar to name but a few, most of the bars in this centre have free Wi-fi access.

Down from there is the busy Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre, this has 3 floors of bars with both entertainment and karaoke most nights during high season, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets, laundrette, and much more.

Towards the Punta Prima beach are numerous bars/restaurants, if you want traditional Spanish, visit Patio Andaluz, free flamenco dancing show on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday nights - booking advisable. Also in this area is McDonalds, Wok Buffet and Princess Bar, again with Free Wi-Fi access.

The Great Festivals throughout the year in Torrevieja including the Easter & Christmas re-enactments, the May Fair, Beach Party & Fireworks in June, Sailors Festival around July 16th and the Parade of The Giants at the end of the year before Christmas kicks in.

There are many local cultural trips to places of interest such as Isla Tabarca, Altea, Algar Waterfalls, Cartagena and Guadalest; and with their rich history, fantastic art and naturally forming and beautiful landscapes, makes this a great place to visit and relax.
