The property was conveniently located from the airport with easy access to nearby shops (driving distance). The place was clean and the pool is really lovely. While the property needs a little maintenance, it is well equipped with all the basics which was really handy for us. The owner is lovely and met us on arrival, took us through everything, showed us the apartment, pool and how to find the beach.The pub / restaurant next door is family friendly with ice hockey and other table games. The only thing we would have liked is a little shop to get bread, milk etc but the shops are easy to find so long as you have a car.

Wonderful fortnight

We have just returned from a lovely 2 week stay at this property. Pascal met us (even though an ungodly hour) with the keys and explained how different items worked etc to ensure we had a great stay. The property was clean and tidy when we arrived with everything that was on the listing was there. The pool is excellent - there was a life guard on duty for the 2 weeks we were there which provided peace of mind as we had children with us. The location allowed easy access to the local area (Guardamar / La Mata / Torrevieja / Santa Pola / La Marina) and the bar (50m away) was very pleasant. A car is probably needed although the bus stop is only 200m away. We visited the local beach numerous times and found it very clean not crowded at all. Thanks for a great property and amenities. Will definitely visit again.

Schönes Appartment in Strandnähe

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Appartment ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und gut geeignet, um den schönen Strand zu Fuss zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour

Le propriétaire toujours disponible pour toutes questions le logement propre et très bien équipé la piscine juste derrière l appartement la plage et proche et le dimanche il y a un immense marché proche (5min à vélo) un resto sympa a deux pas du logement nous avons passé un excellent séjour tout était parfait.

Der Vermieter super sympathisch

Der Vermieter ist Super drauf. Leider kann der Vermieter kein Englisch aber wir haben uns mit Hände und Füße kommuniziert und es hat geklappt die Lage ist super wenn man ein Auto hat. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ce fut un très beau séjour, l’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé.

Le chemin pour la plage est très agréable, la piscine est très proche de l’appartement ce qui est très agréable aussi !

De locatie ligt op loopafstand van het strand. Fietsen en wandelen in de buurt is mogelijk.

Alle comfort aanwezig. In het najaar alleen middagzon op het balkon. Er is wel vlakbij een veld waar volop zon is.

El propietario, Pascal, es muy atento y la casa está muy bien, excepto que Las sábanas no estaban cambiadas y sin lavar al igual que las toallas que aunque ordenadas, no olían a limpio y el TV se le va la señal y es difícil ver un programa completo.

très bon séjour

Très bon séjour à guardamar dans un appt très bien équipé. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue. Il faut environ 15 min a pied pour accéder a la plage en passant par une pinède. La plage est très grande avec du sable fin ; elle est protégée donc pas d'immeubles derrière, c'est très agréable. Le propriétaire est très sympa et peut vous donner des suggestions de restaurants.

Bungalow très bien équipé, très fonctionnel. Il ne manque vraiment rien. La piscine est superbe, dotée d'un bel espace vert et de nombreux transats. Quant à la plage, à 15 minutes à pied, elle est propre, surveillée et relativement peu fréquentée, ce qui est appréciable. Enfin, nous avons rencontré le propriétaire lors de notre départ. Il est très aimable et attentif aux améliorations qu'il pourrait apporter...mais il n'y en a pas. Séjour très agréable dans une résidence calme et sélect.

Good vacation

Very quiet and peaceful place. House is not big but comfottable and good equipment. Clean. There is a restaurant just 50 meters from the house but if you want to cook car is needed there are no supermarkets nearby. Beach is just 15 minutes walk. Very long clean and uncrowded. It was a perfect vacation at this place.
