About this property

Ecolodge in the Gard between sea and Cevennes - 4/6 pers.

In the Gard between Cevennes and the Mediterranean, ecological house created in 2012 in the heart of the village of Quissac.
Capacity: 4 + 2 (benches in the living room).
With a surface of approximately 50 m², it includes:
- 1 private shaded terrace and a small garden. Barbecue.
- on the ground floor: 1 living room (living room and kitchen) and a small bathroom with WC.
- 1st floor: 1 closed bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom under the slope with 2 single beds open on the spiral staircase.

For young children, we provide an umbrella bed, a high chair and a small bath.

We have this year (2019) refurbish the small garden to better accommodate you: a large gravel terrace and a hammock chair for a relaxing stay. The shaded terrace is particularly popular in summer.

Located in the village near the shops, the market (Wednesday), the municipal pool, entertainment.

Ideal for testing an eco-housing: this cottage has been designed entirely ecological way in healthy materials (bricks monomur, cork insulation, wood fibers and lime-hemp, interior coatings in the ground ...) or equipment (solar water heater, stove wood pellet) + purchase of renewable electricity to SCIC ENERCOOP. If you wish, we can bring you more information about it during your stay.

The Cevennes classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, close to the Mediterranean ideal for touring the area.

Jolie région et joli gîte

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette jolie région.Le gîte est confortable et la communication avec l’hôte Nathalie était bonne. Cependant un gros bémol sur l’hygiène. Fait probablement par les anciens locataires sans grande vérification ensuite. Vaisselles très sales, poubelles, odeur de tabac froid. Nuits compliquées, chaleur Sans pouvoir aérer car bruyant et beaucoup de moustiques, (pourquoi ne pas installer de moustiquaires dans une région où il fait chaud et qu’ils sont partout?

Les plus : Le gîte est conforme à la description, bien aménagé, tout le matériel nécessaire. Sa localisation permet de visiter aussi bien le Gard, l’Hérault que les Cévennes, en plein centre de Quissac, avec piscine très récente et commerces à proximité. Les moins : les voisins très bruyants La route et le grand terrain qui sert de parking qui sont au pied du gîte.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Nathalie, le gîte est très bien placé dans la commune, bien équipé et la décoration est sympa ! En revanche la description et les photos ne correspondent pas vraiment, la deuxième chambre étant en fait une mezzanine, et le jardinet n'était pas praticable. Le gîte n'est pas adapté aux très jeunes enfants, et il fait très chaud dans la partie sous comble. Mais Quissac et ses alentours valent le détour, nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé une semaine avec ma petite famille dans ce gîte adorable. Une déco très sympa et un ménage impec'. Nathalie et Antoine sont adorables et réactifs en cas de besoin. Une adresse à recommander pour séjourner au pied des Cévennes.

Très agréable...

Maison très agréable à vivre : calme, chaleureuse (éco-construction), aménagements modernes et fonctionnels. Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles pour tous conseils et la localisation à Quissac (Gard) est parfaite pour de belles ballades sur place et pour rayonner entre mer, garrigue et montagne. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

très bien pour des jeunes ou randonneur...

Rien à dire sur la propriétaire, accueillante, souriante et serviable, mais la maison n'était pas adapté pour nous, surtout pour une personne d'un certain âge, je n'ai pas été assez vigilante sur les critères, les escaliers d'entrée et à l'arrière sont trop haute et manque d'une rambarde d'accès, les chambres sous mansardes trop chaudes pour l'été, le positionnement de la salle de bain et des wc font que lorsqu'une personne dort en bas cela manque d'intimité ...heureusement que nous étions que 3 et que nous n'étions là que pour dormir...et je pense que la location est un peu chère pour les prestations qu'elle offre...

Séjour paisible dans un petit gîte bien équipé

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans ce gîte charmant , joliment rénové et bien équipé : TV , terrasse barbecue , lave linge , produits d'entretien et quelques denrées alimentaires de première nécessité (café , sel , poivre etc... ) Petits cadeaux d'arrivée : jus de pommes cévenol et eau dans le frigo , tapenade artisanale . Quissac est un charmant endroit de la plaine au pied du massif cévenol : randonnée , balade, visites , baignade en rivière à 10 min ...dépaysement assuré !

Schöner Platz mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Lehmhaus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr liebevoll umgebaut und hat eine schöne Atmosphäre. Tagsüber waren wir bei der grossen Hitze sehr dankbar für den schönen Feigenbaum im Garten. Quissac liegt ideal, um tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Very nice people and a good house

We stayed with one small child and two adults. The house was big enough for us. The masterbedroom is teriffic and the kitchen is very good. The stairs from the kitchen to the garden was a bit high for our boy (2), and there is no sun in the garden but many sticky figs. That made it a bit uncomfortable The bathroom was fine but when taking a shower very thing got wet. Overall a lovely house, big enough for a family with two or three childeren. And we still miss the turtle in the garden who came visiting every evening

Au Top !!!

On y vient et on y revient. Déjà 3 étés de suite que j'y séjourne 15 jours en famille. Gîte agréable et calme, tout est au top, le confort, la déco, l'équipement. Accueil charmant et discret, attentifs au besoin de leurs hôtes, les propriétaires n'hésitent pas à partager leurs connaissances de la région. Un gîte qu'on a du mal à quitter quand les vacances sont terminées.
