nICE and quiet Villa Saint Raphael

Our family vacation stay in this conveniently located villa in Saint Raphael was adequately furnished and clean for our family of 4. The villa is about 5min by car to the beach area. The owner was very friendly and answered all our questions and tips in the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again and also would recommend anyone to choose this home for there vacation stay.

Lovely villa

Lovely property and has everything you need. We made use of the ample garden furniture and shade. Great location for walking to beach, shops and restaurants or day tripping down the coast in the car. Alain was a lovely host showing us round the property and offering information and wine. Definitely stay again

Location de vacances idéale

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours à la villa Kiko et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces vacances. Nous avions notre fille de six mois avec nous et la location a parfaitement répondu à toutes nos attentes: la maison est spacieuse, bien agencée, très calme, et vraiment très bien équipée. Un lit bébé et une chaise haute étaient à notre disposition à notre arrivée, notre chambré était préparée, et une bouteille de vin nous attendait sur la table du séjour en guise de cadeau de bienvenue. Rien à redire donc sur l’accueil qui nous a été réservé par les propriétaires Alain et Marie Laurence, qui se sont montrés tout au long du séjour d’une grande disponibilité, que ce soit pour des conseils sur la région et les restaurants alentours, ou pour nous aider si nous avions le moindre problème. Leur gentillesse a été tout particulièrement appréciée. Nous sommes amenés à revenir à Saint Raphael régulièrement et retournerons sans hésitations à la villa Kikou pour tous nos séjours.

Good location to spend vacation

Our party was made up of 6 adults and two young children ages 6 and 2. The house has enough space for such group, inside and out. House was clean, well furnished and fully equipped.The owner was well represented by Alain and Marie, who was very friendly and cooperative. We have arrived very late and house was fully ready for our arriving. Also they provided transfert for us from and to Marseille. There are three big stores within walking distance from the house, 20-30 minutes. Also center of city accessible by foot in 25 minutes.

"Die Villa ist sehr geräu...

"Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen großen Fernseher mit DVD und Radio mit MP3 und allen Schikanen, die man sich wünschen kann. Auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit Gasherd, riesigem Kühlschrank und Eisfach, Backopfen, Spülmaschine, sogar Waschmaschine war da. Der Garten ist schön und groß genug. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl, es war sauber und ordentlich, alles liebevoll eingerichtet und der Vermieter ein Goldschatz. Das Haus hat Garage und einen kleinen Parkplatz davor, liegt an einer Seitenstraße, was keine große Lärmbelastigung war. Schön wäre es natürlich, wenn es direkt am Strand liegen würde, aber der Fußweg ist nicht weit. War rundum schön!"

"Our party was made up of...

"Our party was made up of 4 adults and two young children ages 3 and 1. The house had lots of room, inside and out, was clean, well furnished and equipped, and we were able to park both cars securely inside the property. The street location allowed excellent access to Saint Raphael either by short walk to the nearby small beach or short drive into Saint Raphael. Traffic volume was very light and only occassionaly noticeable. Similarly, we found access to places outside Saint Raphael to be equally straightforward. The owner was well represented by Alain and Marie, who not only made sure we had all information we needed to enjoy our stay (including a recommendation for an excellent boulangerie)but also in providing an exceptional response to the very few questions we had after the rental started. They helped make our two weeks in Saint Raphael an extremely enjoyable experience in a property that we found to be extremely good value."
