This beautiful apartment welcomes you to a relaxing stay in a very special setting. Between the Esterel mountains and the sandy beach, the residence offers a beautiful park and a swimming pool. The large sandy beach is 150m from the apartment, such as restaurants and shops.
The apartment is very comfortably furnished and equipped for 6 people, with a living room opening onto a large terrace of 50m² facing parc of the residence. It has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, induction cooker, coffee maker, etc.), a bedroom with double bed 160x200, a bedroom with two single beds 90x190, a bathroom, and separate wc. It is rented with a private parking space.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Gepflegtes Appartement mit toller Lage

Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Tolle Wohnung mit genial großer Terrasse in fussläufiger Nähe zum Strand in Agay. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Feste Parkplatz für den Pkw. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Séjour et logement très agréable

Le logement est conforme aux photos, la terrasse des plus agréables et l'emplacement très bien pour les randonnées, la plage et faire quelques courses.. seul le bruit du train est un peu dérangeant... Je reviendrais si j'en ai l'occasion.

Magnifique appartement et résidence ! Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est très bien agencé et équipé, la terrasse est très spacieuse et magnifique avec une belle vue sur le joli parc. La piscine est superbe et la pataugeoire a beaucoup plu à notre fille d'un an et demi. La situation est idéal avec la plage à 5 minutes à pied, de chouettes restaurant et tout ce qu'il faut pour faire les courses, etc. Les environs de l'appartement sont très calmes. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances !

Appartement mit umfassender Ausstattung und toller Terrasse

Selten habe ich eine so umfangreiche Ausstattung in einem Appartement erlebt. Es ist praktisch alles da, was man im privaten Haushalt auch vorrätig hat. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist aber die sehr große Terrasse, auf der man die Nachmittagssonne genießen kann. Der Strand ist (nur durch einen Bahndamm getrennt) ca. 150m entfernt. Die Location, unmittelbar am Esterel-Massiv gelegen, eignet sich sowohl für Bade- als auch Sporturlaube. Im Esterel Gebirge findet man unzählige Wanderwege und Mountainbike Trails. Insgesamt haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

L'endroit est propre et conforme aux photos. La grande terrasse est superbe. La piscine est agréable pour les enfants. La localisation est très bien. Attention, car ce n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce. Il n'y a pas de papier toilette, pas de savon à main, pas de savon vaisselle et pas de nécessaire pour laver la vaisselle. Pas de liquide ou pastille lave vaisselle. Pas de sac poubelle (!) Absolument aucun linge/literie n'est inclus. Pour le linge/literie, cela est spécifié dans le contrat qu'on nous envoie après la réservation (contrat que nous avons reçu plusieurs semaines après la réservation initiale après avoir fait une demande d'extension de séjour).

Nous serons plus vigilants quant au ménage pour que le sac poubelle soit bien présent, il aurait dû y être en effet (idem pour le papier wc que je vous ai ramené mais le lendemain). Quant aux produits tels que gel douche, savon et shampooing, je comprends que cela puisse être courant dans d'autres secteurs, mais ici ce n'est pas habituel. Il est précisé dans l'annonce que le linge de maison n'est pas inclus. J'espère que vous aurez la possibilité de revenir à Agay et nous serons ravis de vous recevoir de nouveau. Magali.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Agay

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Appartement in Agay. Sowohl der Strand als auch der (sehr gute) Bäcker und die Restaurants waren in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage waren sehr sauber und tiptop gepflegt. Einzig dass der Pool erst ab 1.Juli geöffnet war hätte in der Anzeige vermerkt sein müssen. Da das Meer aber schon zum Baden eingeladen hat, hat uns das aber nicht weiter gestört. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer und entspannter Urlaub an der Côte d‘azur

tolle Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zum wiederholten Male sehr genossen. Das nahe gelegene Esterel lädt zu tollen Wanderungen ein, die Bucht in Agay ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Appartement, nur späte Lösung für Internetproblem

Das Appartement und die Anlage sind sehr schön, der Weg zum Kies-/Sandstrand ist sehr kurz. Die Terrasse mit der Außendusche ist perfekt für einen schönen Sommerurlaub. Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt direkt schon bei der Übergabe das Internet defekt und TV stand nicht zur Verfügung. Das Problem wurde erst nach mehreren Rückfragen nach 11 Tagen teilweise gelöst. Hätten wir das vorher gewußt, hätten wir das Appartement nicht gebucht. Daher ein Stern abzug.

Der kleine Ort Agay und der Appartementkomplex bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur benötigt. Tipp für diejenigen, die auch gerne einmal die berühmten Küstenorte Cannes, Nizza oder Monaco erkunden möchten: Der Bahnhof ist fußläufiger ca. 7 Minuten entfernt und Fahrkarten günstig online erhältlich.

Trés bon séjour.

Idéalement situé, l'appartement est spacieux, très complet et bien entretenu. La remise des clés et l'accueil s'effectuent avec ponctualité et sérieux. La piscine à cette époque n'était pas en service. A recommander.
