T1 located in the first line of Praia da Rocha (150m to the beach), with great luminosity thanks to the solar orientation (NW South), with two large balconies that allow excellent sea view.
The apartment has air conditioning (AC) and Wi-Fi, garage parking and access to outdoor swimming pools (one for adults and one for children). The apartment is fully equipped: washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), magic wand, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer.
In the surrounding area / main avenue there are several restaurants (Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Chinese ...), bars, several supermarkets, pastries, gelaterias. The Casino is within a five-minute walk, the Marina is a ten-minute walk away.
Apart from Praia da Rocha, located 150m from the apartment, there are many other activities that can be carried out nearby:
