NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 2024 Pentewan is a 2 bedroom coastal apartment in the popular ‘Ocean 1’ complex. The apartment overlooks the world famous Fistral Beach and is only a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive into Newquay Town.

The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with a private balcony which looks across to Fistral Beach and beyond. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has the option to be set up either two single beds or a king sized bed (please advise of preferred bed configuration at the time of booking) This makes this property ideal for both families and couples.

Pentewan has a family bathroom with shower over the bath. There is underfloor heating throughout the property. Pentewan is within a 10/15 minutes walk of some of the best restaurants in Newquay including The Fish House, Sea Spray, Bush Pepper, Harbour Fish and Grill, Little Italy as well as Newquay Golf Course – one of Cornwall’s finest links.

Pentewan has a video entry system and one allocated car parking space. Suitable for families, couples and mixed singles aged 25 plus only. This property will not accept single sexed groups or singles under 25. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.

Excellent Apartment

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment, and is a home from home. It has everything you could want in a holiday apartment . It was clean and tidy with great views of Fistral. It also has security gated locks on the car park and a security box to store the apartments keys. We would highly recommend this apartment, especially for families. Hopefully stay there again next year.
