A stunning 3-bed sea view apartment located in the popular Pentire area of Newquay. The apartment is spacious and boasts a small balcony which gets the afternoon and evening sun - a perfect end to the day. Fantastic open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, balcony with views of the sea and a grassy heritage site. Three good-sized double bedrooms, two bathrooms, gas central heating and double glazing. Two communal lawns, bike racks, allocated parking space and owner pays for parking for second car. For guests who need a second parking space, the owner will pay for a space in the nearby Pentire Headland carpark (less than 5 minutes' walk). Fully furnished lounge/diner with sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Smart TV via Amazon Fire stick. Fully equipped kitchen with bar seats, fan oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer (separate tumble dryer in bedroom). High chair and cot. Located within easy walking distance of the famous Fistral surfing beach and the River Gannel Estuary. It is also close to coastal walking paths and ideally located for canoeing, walking, fishing, bird watching and horse-riding. There are a number of family attractions within easy reach including the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo. Easy access to local facilities, including a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Historic picturesque working fishing harbour in the town. Bus and rail service to outlying areas and only seven miles to Newquay airport.

The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped! The hosts were always happy to help and had a nice level of communication. The location was great, a short walk from Fistral Beach and I would definitely recommend a stroll to the end of the Pentire to watch the sunset. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the sun shines right on it and into the lounge which was great!

This is a lovely property in a perfect location for a family holiday in Cornwall . The house has 3 fab bedrooms - the master is massive with a fantastic en-suite. It is literally a few minutes walk from Fistral beach and a longer walk or short drive to several others. Beaches here are so beautiful and the coastal paths are stunning. Lots of great places nearby to visit if weather is not beach weather. I would definately recommend a holiday here and we hope to be back again soon, thank you.

A quiet and well maintained apartment

The apartment was in the perfect location if you like to be away from it all. It is ideally placed for walking, has great beaches for families, surfing and dogs and is close to good quality restaurants and eateries which are all within walking distance. An easy walk of 25 minutes into Newquay. First class communication from the hosts from booking and throughout the stay if required. The apartment was very well presented, comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely recommend booking this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great apartment within walking distance to Fistral Beach. Nice sea views and furnishings. Hosts were very attentive and super prompt answering any queries. Good condition of fully furnished property and plenty of smart tv channels and kids board games for rainy days. The welcome basket of Cornish treats was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend. Easy drive or a slightly longer walk to shops, supermarkets in Newquay town and relaxed eats such as Rick Stein’s Fistral cafe on the beach front or Lakeside cafe in Trevance Gardens.

What an incredible place. The apartment is amazing with spacious rooms. Ben the owner has everything you need there waiting to be used. The location is stunning and within walking distances of fistral beach and Newquay town. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to hopefully staying again.

I am from the South West and have spent many a holiday in my childhood playing on the beaches of Newquay. I come back regularly as it has always been a magical place for me. I am a lover of the great outdoors and the sea, sun and sand and coastal walks never lose their appeal.

Why they chose this property

Spinnakers is ideally located between Fistral Beach and the Gannel Estuary. Whichever way you turn, you cannot fail to be impressed.

Pentire is a sought after part of Newquay, close to the bars, pubs, restaurants and shops, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The short walk from the apartment to the end of the stunning Pentire Headland separating Fistral beach and Crantock beach is a must.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is finished and furnished to a high standard. Views from the balcony extend to the sea and across a green heritage site. The balcony gets the sun in the afternoon and evening - the perfect way to relax at the end of the day.

The apartment is light and airy and of a size which a family could live in with plenty of room. There are attractive views from almost every room. It combines a homely and holiday feel perfectly.

The owners of the complex regularly meet and combine together to ensure that the building is and remains as it should be with ease of living our priority.
