Waters Edge has an ocean front balcony with access from the lounge and bedroom. The bedroom has a super king sized bed and superb views out to sea. The lounge has a double sized sofa bed and a 43" smart TV. This second floor 1 bedroom apartment has everything needed for the holiday maker who wants to stay in one of the most popular Newquay locations and, with its memorable views, you will surely want to come back again.

Fistral Beach is one of the most famous beaches in Newquay and is well know for its surfing, beach bars and summertime festivals.It also has a golf course located alongside it. Waters Edge apartment is located in the popular quieter area of Pentire and you can walk into town in approximately 10 minutes or drive in 3 minutes.

Please note that there is no lift access at Waters Edge and the sofa bed is a small double. Waters Edge will accept small families and couples aged 25+ only. Dogs are not allowed. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay here for 6 nights. The location is perfect and view brilliant. Everything was clean and well kept. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. We hope to use again in the future.
