Amazing Sea views OVER FISTRAL BEACH -- fabulous location with Stunning Panoramic Sea Views all around.
Lovely Modern Spacious 2 Bedroom house ... with fabulous Decked areas to relax at the front and back of the house, while enjoying the sea views. Amazing Complex with Swimming Pool and lots of outdoor space and gardens to relax.

You will have use of the whole house, house sleeps 4 guests, with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. We can at certain times supply a childs chair bed -- for a child. Please contact us regarding this, as guests would need to bring extra bedding for this.

Rick Stein has recently opened his casual restaurant here. Wonderful fun atmosphere here with stunning views over world famous Fistral Beach

We can be very flexible on arrival / departure days.

LARGE LOUNGE AREA ....... with 2 sofas, Huge Flat screen TV + freeview ..... ... Patio doors lead directly to PATIO AREA AT BACK OF THE HOUSE and Swimming Pool and Gardens -- With Resin Picnic bench.
Direct access to COMMUNAL GARDENS + SWIMMING POOL ....... with amazing panoramic Sea views all around. The perfect place for families to relax + play. It is amazing to have so much outdoor space to relax with such wonderful SEA VIEWS!
Not all properties here have direct access to pool / garden area like this.

ADDITIONAL RELAXING MODERN DECKED AREA AT FRONT OF HOUSE all newly fitted --- with Stunning Views of Fistral Beach. There is an additional Heavy Resin Picnic Bench here to relax and enjoy the views. There is a wonderful feeling of being close to the beach here. Amazing Location.
Please be aware --- not all properties here have direct access to the Swimming pool

FULLY FITTED KITCHEN ----- well equipped with everything you could need ... Washing machine, Fridge freezer, Oven and hob, Microwave, lots of utensils etc and everything you could need.

DOUBLE BEDROOM ...... with comfortable double bed, double wardrobe, large drawers and large mirror, storage drawer under bed. Amazing sea views from here.

TWIN BEDROOM ... with 2 single beds ..... double wardrobe, large drawers, large mirror, storage baskets under beds.
We can arrange for a childs small chair bed to be available if guests are bringing an extra child -- there is a small extra charge for extra usage for extra guest. Please contact us regarding this before booking.

BATHROOM ...... with bath and over bath shower, shower screen, basin with storage, wc, large mirror.


THIS IS THE IDEAL LOCATION IN NEWQUAY --- central location, ideal to explore Cornwall from here.

PLEASE NOTE : The Swimming Pool is an outdoor pool, usually available from April to September. This can sometimes change. This is a lovely area to relax with stunning Sea View and Beach views over Fistral Beach.

There are so many amazing places to visit nearby, lots of great restaurants etc in the area. We love to get guests in the mood for their holiday from the moment they book, with lots of information, aerial videos of Cornwall, and free brochure in the post if needed.

We can not allow a dog at all here for Holiday Guests im afraid. This is the rules of the Complex.

IDEAL FOR FAMILIES AND COUPLES --- THIS ACCOMMODATION IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG TEENAGERS ETC, STAYING ON THEIR OWN.

We had such a great holiday. Location was brilliant with fabulous views over Fistral Bay. Pool was great, so big and were used it multiple times a day. Property had everything we needed. Thank you for a great holiday.

Amazing Views

Just what I needed. Great find in Newquay. Great communication with property owners from the minute I booked. Stunning views from the back of property over the sea and the front Fisteral beach. All amenities we needed were within the property. Was sent a quick check list as to products ie washing up liquid to prompt me to bring these. We had an issue with hot water which was dealt with immediately, great service. Property was a good size, a double bedroom and a twin, we didn’t use the pool due to going to the beach, but looked a good size and kept clean and tidy. 15 minute walk to the beach, be aware it’s a steep slope and the access from the front of property a little over grown, but if you follow the road round instead of pulling into parking area you get onto the coast path. No issues with parking which is always a plus. Only downside is there isn’t a local shop so had to remember milk etc when out and about. Nice bench to sit outside and have a coffee on in the morning. Would deffo recommend to both families and couples who want to have a chilled holiday. Thank you to the hosts. Would recommend a visit to central bar and have steak on the stone, you cook it yourself and was great food

Great location!

Fantastic location and this property provided everything that we needed. It could have been a bit cleaner and the beds more comfortable but otherwise, despite no frills it was a good base for our holiday.

This really is the ideal location to enjoy your holiday in Cornwall ...... Pentire is the very best area in Newquay ..... Lewinnick Lodge Restaurant is just further down the road ...... with amazing food and stunning sea views, highly recommended!

Just a few minutes walk to Fistral beach, the big surfing beach in Cornwall ------ also Crantock beach is accessible from here, just a short walk accross the road - behind the Fern Pitt Cafe .....
