These are the rules of the apartment that we ask you to respect and comply with:
RESPECT:
• Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed
• No smoking
• Please silence from 10pm to 8am to respect the repose of the neighbors
• Strictly prohibited: Parties, bachelor parties, making noise, loud music and noisy chat in the apartment
• Failure to comply with these rules, if there is noise or the neighbors feel annoyed, this may lead to you being asked to leave the accommodation, losing your right to claim a refund of your reservation and losing your security deposit
• This property uses an IOT device (decibel measurement system) Noise Alarm from Roomonitor, a collaborating company of the Barcelona City Council. It is a device that meets the privacy requirements of the guests as it does not make any type of sound recording. It measures the noise volume level in the property, sends an alert when the maximum limit established by the city council of our city is exceeded, allowing to control the noise and promoting a good coexistence with the neighborhood.
CLEANING:
• On your departure, make sure to leave the apartment in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order, without garbage scattered on the floor and dishes in the dishwasher. Otherwise an additional cleaning service will be charged (70€).
• Please, throw the garbage in the street containers at checkout
ENVIRONMENT:
• Think about the environment: turn off lights and air conditioning/heating when exiting
• Make a responsible use of electricity and water during your stay. As there is no planet B, taking care of it is everybody's business.
REGULATION:
• TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED: Local tourist tax of the city of Barcelona is not included in the price of the reservation
The tax is €5,50 per person and night (VAT included). This tax must be paid upon arrival. This tax must be paid upon arrival. Make sure you have the amount ready or have a valid credit card to make the payment. (LAW 5/2012 of March 20)
• In order to comply with local law it is necessary to register each guest sleeping in Barcelona in the Police database. For this reason we will request passport information from each guest.
• It is not allowed to accommodate anyone whose personal data is not in the contract
• All reservations include 2 sets of keys for your use. Don’t lose them, in that case, you will have to pay €100 for each one (replacement cost for lock and new set of keys)
• A credit card is required as a deposit. No charge will be made if the apartment is returned in a clean and tidy condition and if the house rules have been complied with.
• At the end of your stay, guest agrees to leave the apartment and all its goods in the same conditions in which they were received. For this purpose and as a guarantee of this obligation, guest authorizes us to charge up to €300 in case of damage, loss or failure of house rules.
CHECKIN:
We kindly ask all our guests to be punctual with respect to the agreed time of arrival, or on the contrary, to give us sufficient notice of a possible delay.
In case the guest does not provide the arrival time at the apartment at least 7 days before the check-in date, the check-in cannot be guaranteed.

• CLEANING PROTOCOL: Linens and towels are washed in industrial laundry and a specialized company is in charge of cleaning the apartment with the recommended products.

• Only one check-in will be made per reservation at the agreed time.

Check-in time must be organized at least 7 days before your arrival.
Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee your checkin time.
• All reservations include 2 towels per person (one large and one small towel). Extra towel service has a cost of €4 per large towel and €2 per small towel (on request).
• All reservations include 2 sets of keys. The additional set of keys costs €50 per set of keys, must be requested 7 days in advance and a maximum of 2 extra sets of keys can only be requested.
• Additional cleaning and/or laundry service is available, should you require one. These cost €70, respectively (service on request).
• KeyFamily Apartments informs that it is not responsible for the external noise caused and coming by the neighbors of flats, apartments, adjoining houses and buildings adjacent or public spaces.
• Guest agrees to facilitate access to the apartment if necessary: to the owners, to the contracted staff of Key Family Apartments or to the competent Authorities, for maintenance or security reasons.

KeyFamily Paradise is located next to the Sagrada Familia and the Hospital de Sant Pau (World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1997), you will be surrounded by a wide variety of gastronomic alternatives, stores, public parks, pedestrian streets and cultural facilities, which will allow you to enjoy a characteristic environment of the city.
In addition, in the surroundings you will find all the essential services for your stay as well as the Sagrada Familia market, parking lots, a 24-hour pharmacy and even several hospitals.
The apartment is located a few steps from the Sagrada Família metro station with lines L5 and L2, as well as numerous bus stops that will allow you to reach a lot of tourist attractions such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, La Casa Batlló or the beaches of Barcelona among others.
In addition, its strategic location also allows you to be close to emblematic places such as the modernist Hospital de Sant Pau, the Park Güell, which is just 12 minutes away by cab, as well as other places and neighborhoods more unknown but equally interesting of our city.
