Apartment description - 3 bedroom newly renovated apartment with 3 full bathrooms. One en-suite bathroom in master bedroom with sink, bathtub, toilet. Second bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Third bathroom with sink, bathtub, toilet. 2nd and 3rd bathrooms have a door to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, respectively, plus another door each to hallway.

Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with two 140x200cm beds. 2nd bedroom have two single beds (80x190cm). 3rd bedroom has two single beds, (90x200cm), one of them in the loft.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.

The apartment has a balcony with seating and there is also access to the furnished roof terrace, with monument views.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 5 people. It can sleep up to 7.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

Very nice, great location

This property was very nice with smooth check in and easy communication. Luggage storage was so helpful prior to check in time. The property is centrally located, clean and well-appointed.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, from the mosaic tiles on the floors to the soaring ceilings. The building is beautiful and is surrounded by markets, shops and cafes, and only a 10 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia. We wished we had more time to spend, but would love to come back for an extended stay.

This place exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing, right near everything! Public transport was very easy to figure out and access from this location. The apartment was clean, big enough for 6 people to be comfortable and access is beyond easy. The host instructions made self check in a breeze!When I return to Barcelona I will surely be back to this apartment!

The pictures don’t do this justice. The building is gorgeous, and the inside is spacious. There was plenty of room for my husband and 4 kids. Everything was easily accessible by walking and public transport. I would absolutely recommend.

Clean and comfortable apartment close to bus lines that are easy to use. Many restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity. There are items of interest within walking distance. Space for family to spread out and have their own room.

Beautiful Barcelona Experience

There were four adults staying in this lovely home. The home was very spacious and everyone had their own bathroom connected to their bedroom. The location was convenient for us to walk to all the major sites. The street noise can be loud in the main living room but the bedrooms were further back and much quieter. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Close to Sagrada and about a mile from Placa de Catalunya this neighborhood was so friendly and had great places to eat. Loved Anita and the bar right next door. We walked in and out at all times of the day/ night. The manager was so helpful with any of our questions with the apartment or navigating the area. The picture with the loft- there is no longer a loft. 3bathrooms with our late teens/ early 20s children was perfect.Kitchen had all that we needed- tea kettle, toaster, plenty of plates, glasses,etc.

Lovely Apartment in Excellent Location

Convenient early check-in with wonderful assistance from Lilianna. Slightly different apartment from original booking (next door) that worked out perfectly! Spacious with all modern amenities, despite being a very well cared for older building. Excellent access to markets, restaurants and transportation.

The property is in a good location to some local sights but the noise in the apartment is constant and loud. You can hear the neighbours above and beside all night and talking as people come and go from the apartments in the building. About 5 am there is the sound of an underground train that you can hear every 15 minutes or so. It was very difficult to sleep. There was also construction in the apartment above while we were staying there. We complained to the host but they just said there was nothing they can do as it’s allowed from 8am-6pm. Definitely would not stay here again.

Great location!!

Great part of Barcelona with plenty of restaurants close by. Walking distance to several tourist sites. Enjoyed the rooftop at night with a glass of wine after a long day of walking. Leasing agent was very easy to contact and accommodated all of our needs. Plenty of room for mom, dad and three kids. I would rent here again.

Fantastic apartment......

Staying at this apartment was great. It was very close to local transportation (two block walk to the Metro). Also, the neighborhood has some amazing restaurants - check out Lecca Baffi (Italian, make a reservation) and Parilla Alfonsina (Argentinian Steakhouse) just to name a few. On top of being conveniently located, it was very clean and the perfect size for our party of six. Would highly recommend!!

Great location - smoke, broken dryer wasn't worth 400/night

We arrived after check-in time and had to request the code to the front door - no problem but should have been sent before arrival. The place was spacious and generally clean inside, with amenities. The refrigerator had an odor, and when we went to do laundry, the dryer drum didn't turn and worse, injected smoke into all of our clothes. We suspect someone below smokes and somehow it uses the same vent. The manager simply said "sorry" but offered no solution or compensation. The pictures of the ad were different than the unit we stayed in also. The ironing board was super wobbly but we made due. The a/c worked fine. As the laundry room was by the front door, we always smelled smoke entering the apartment. The coffee was good as were the views out toward the street. The bathtubs were a bit awkward to use as showers given the location of the shower head - they should make them point the same direction of the long length of the bathtub vs. the corner. Overall, sleep was fine as was the kitchen and restrooms - however given the smoke and broken dryer, we wouldn't stay here again.

The apartment could not have been more perfect

I did not want to stay in an antiseptic hotel room and chose to venture out of my comfort zone and rent an apartment in a real neighborhood in Spain. I absolutely loved everything about this apartment. From the minute I walked up to the front entrance I knew we made the right choice. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. I felt at home from day one and wanted for nothing. We were able to walk to restaurants and taxis are easily available for more distant destinations. Although my Spanish is pretty elementary, we had no difficulty communicating with anyone we met. Do not hesitate staying here. You will be so happy with your choice.

Beautiful Barcelona

Great location in a safe neighborhood. Many restaurants and close to sites of interest. Only 1/2 hour to beach for great pick up volleyball games. Splendid time!
