Exceptional property

We stayed here for two nights. The propety was easy to find due to the clear directions given with a secure and straight forward check in process. Once inside, we found the caravan well presented and cleaned to a high standard. It has a well equiped kitchen including a nice coffee machine. We hope to book again for next year.

A Wonderful Stay in Fleetwood

We recently stayed in a lovely caravan in Fleetwood and had an absolutely brilliant time. The caravan was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully presented, making it feel like a real home away from home. The attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable beds to the little touches that made our stay extra special. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration. The site itself was clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff who were always happy to help. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and create wonderful family memories. Thank you for a fantastic stay – we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect caravan

This was my first stay in a caravan and it was just like a mini new build home just perfect easy to find. My family and I used it as a base to visit the pleasure beach for two days. It was lovely warm and cosy of the evenings with the fire. Lovely touches with the dolls house & velvetiser. Host was in communication during stay to make sure all was ok which it definitely was. Fully recommend hickory’s restaurant and will 100% be returning in the future. Thank you

Great caravan and experience

We stayed for 4 nights in this caravan and was a great stay. Caravan is lovely with brand new carpets, blinds, sofa and duvets. We had to ask Amanda to bring the cleaner back on our arrival day as attention to detail from a cleaning perspective wasn't quite up to what I'd expect but Amanda sorted that within the hour which was appreciated. Tha caravan itself is lovely, and in a great spot next to the main Haven clubhouse, shop and playpark. You can hear the music from the club which for some may not be suitable but I'll be honest it was fine for us and was finished before midnight. The caravan itself has everything you will need and Amanda was very helpful and responsive to messages. I would return to this site and caravan in the future. Great site for the kids....loads to do but would recommend getting passes ASAP and booking slots in advance if you can.

Would like to start by saying that Amanda was great, she replied to all quires within 24hrs and was very pleasant on the phone. There were a few issues but most if not all were not Amanda's fault. Firstly on arrival into the caravan there wasn't a fresh smell, we noticed that the carpet in the main living area had a few half eaten crisps on it and the curtains were a little dirty, also on first use of the microwave, it was filthy and smelt of curry so had to clean that up before using. There were also pet hairs on the sofa despite it saying no dogs to be allowed on the furniture on the listing, there were also some on the bed in the main bedroom, mop bucket was also left out on the decking, the combination of these either means the cleaner was in a hurry, did not care or lazy. Either way paying a service charge for this was not justified and needs addressing urgently. Next was the issue with the en suit bathroom, the door kept on jamming due to the handle being either broke or not aligned correctly, my partner got stuck in there on the odd occasion. Other issues included the WiFi, on the listing it does state that the caravan does have an Internet connection, we did not experience this and was told by Amanda that it was a connection via Haven but we could not locate this, perhaps a description in the listing on the function and connectivity status would be beneficial to future tenants. Onto location, I do not recall seeing in the listing that the caravan was on a Haven Holiday park and was overlooked by a children's play area and carnival games. I thought it was on a quieter complex as we have children with early bed times. On the flip side with it being a Haven Park it did have an arcade and a mini market (shop) which both got used daily and very convenient, we also had a table booked in the on site restaurant by Amanda for our last night meal which was very nice. Other positives, the facilities in the caravan despite the negatives were very nice and suited our needs brilliantly, spacious living area and kitchen with dishwasher (although no instructions on how to use), bedrooms were for the most part very clean and tidy and the main bedroom was big enough for a small travel cot. Location was in the middle of all activities we planned for the week and easy travel to each destination. I have now waffled on long enough. Verdict we'd like to go back if the issues are addressed as we really enjoyed our stay.
