The "Maison des Moineaux" between lake and ocean for 6 persons
HOSSEGOR- Near "naturist" beach- Single storey villa on a large plot of 1500 m² "seaside style", just the road to cross to access the beach. The set is simple and rustic. The cycle path passes in front of the villa.Not classified by the departmental tourism committee.
Living room opening onto the covered terrace facing south – TV in German language only. Kitchen area separated by bar unit (fridge-freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher) with west window overlooking the garden – Cellar (washing machine). Bedroom 1 facing South: 2 bunk beds. Bedroom 2 facing East: 2 single beds. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds pushed together. Shower room: shower and washbasin – WC – A cot and a high chair available – Locked garage for the owner's personal belongings. The whole is simple and basic, rental appreciated for its large garden, its proximity to the beach " naturists" and the cycle path.
Possibility to park a car in the field. Possibility of renting at all times of the year: provide heating package, contact us. Household linen is not included in rentals. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
