We appreciate receiving a short note about you and the reason for your stay when you make your reservation.

The house is intended preferably for family stays. We do not accommodate groups of young friends wishing to organize parties or festive events.

The cleaning option is included in the rental price.

The Property:
Located in Vieux Boucau, a typical seaside village on the southern Landes coast, 1.5 km from the beaches and in a peaceful setting, the villa—with its bright living space—surrounded by a private, tree-filled garden, offers comfort and conviviality.

The villa, set within its large fully enclosed 1300 m² landscaped garden with direct access to the cycle path, is situated in a very quiet neighborhood but still close to the town center, shops, and the beach (1.5 km).

All on one level, the house features a large, very bright living room opening onto the terrace shaded by its pergola. The comfortable lounge is equipped with two sofas (including one sofa bed).
Its four bedrooms with high-quality bedding, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets are all great assets for enjoying a high-quality family holiday or a stay with friends.

Table linens (tablecloths, napkins), cleaning products, and basic necessities are provided.

Please Note:
We offer rental of bed linens and bath towels through a professional laundry service. Prices vary depending on the length of stay—approximately €15 per bed per week and about €20 for two weeks. You may also bring your own sheets and towels.
