Facing the pool, the beach is 30 m,

- On the ground floor, a bedroom (2 beds 90), a bathroom, a w. c, living room opening onto a terrace overlooking Basin (comfortable sofa bed for 2 people), kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, Multifunction microwave, cooktop, fridge freezer, espresso coffee maker, toaster, steamer ), opening onto a terrace with garden furniture, BBQ,
- Upstairs: A room with a view Basin (160 bed) with its own bathroom and w. c.

In the garden shelters closed for storage bike and equipment of leisure.

Wonderful Location

This is a lovely little house in a quiet residential Neighbourhood a 5 to 10 minute walk to Claouey with little coffee shops and shops. The house is set across from a park with a beautiful, open view on to the beach of Arcachon Bay - beach access within a minute! There is a little seaside restaurant at the end of the street where you can eat DELICIOUS fresh oysters - the signature offering of this area. We had a truly wonderful stay

Je loue chaque année une maison de vacances et celle-ci est vraiment au top que ce soit pour l'emplacement, la propreté, la literie et l'équipement très complet. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine avec le soleil et la douceur de vivre de Lege Cap Ferret en plus.

Merci Betty pour ces 5 étoiles. Celà fait toujours plaisir ! Pour le linge de maison, je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas vu dans l'annonce qu'il n'était pas fourni et que ça ait pu vous perturber. Heureusement nous en avions parlé avant votre arrivée et je crois que vous avez pû faire appel au service que nous proposons pour la location de linge. Pour le sèche cheveux, merci pour votre remarque, je vais songer à en mettre un.

Très bonne localisation, maison fonctionnelle. Accueil irréprochable. Aurait besoin d’un petit renouvellement d’ustensiles ( barbecue, mobilier de jardin, certains équipements de cuisine). Le jardin mériterait d’être entretenu.

Nous avons trouvé la maison bien équipée, propre et très agréable à vivre. Elle est de plus très bien située : à 2 pas du bassin avec une vue magnifique, proche des commerces et des pistes cyclables. Maison fonctionnelle et agréable située à 50 m du bassin d arcachon et près du port de Claouey. Accès proche des pistes cyclables et à 15 min de la première plage.

Nous avons appréciés la maison qui est très bien équipée, avec 2 terrasses extérieurs, cours fermée et surtout très bien placée face au bassin Arcachon. Petite ville agréable ou rien ne manque et bien située à l'entée du bassin. Avec des propriétaires très gentils et toujours à l'écoute de leurs locataires. Je reviendrais un jour dans cette location.
