Schöner Aufenthalt mit Schwierigkeiten

Das Haus liegt ideal zwischen Dorf und Strand, man umgeht dadurch oft lange Staus. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und dennoch irgendwie liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Geschirr ist benutzt und an vielen Stellen kaputt. Wir konnten damit gut umgehen, aber leider gab es dazu im Nachgang Schwierigkeiten mit der Vermieterin, die Ersatz für kaputtes Geschirr gefordert hat, das nicht durch uns beschädigt wurde. Die Reinigung ist leider im Vorfeld nicht klar über eine Pauschale geregelt und die beiden Fahrräder sind unbrauchbar.

Même si la météo a été capricieuse, notre séjour s'est très bien passée. La maison est très bien située et est très confortable. Check in et check out très rapide et efficace. Je recommande vivement!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable moment. La maison correspond bien au descriptif. Elle est agréable à vivre et proche de nos centres d'intérêts surtout de la plage du Truc vert dot l'accès est très facile via la piste cyclable.

propre rustique et vetuste

Propriétaire très aimable et l’acceuil très agréable. La localisation pratique et conforme. Par contre les aménagements ont fait leur temps (annees 70 pour certains) et toute la maison meriterait un grand coup de neuf. SDB et WC vetustes.

La maison avec sa terrasse et son jardin est très agréable, bien située entre l’Océan et le Bassin. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super séjour dans cette maison !

La maison est super bien équipée et très agréable. La propriétaire est très accueillante, disponible et flexible. Le seul bémol serait l'exposition du jardin sur la rue mais le lotissement n'est pas très fréquenté donc globalement on est tranquille. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cette location !

Vacances bien reposantes entre océan et bassin

Ce que nous avons bien aimé: - Excellent accueil de la propriétaire - Maison très bien située dans un endroit très calme, avec un grand jardin, pas loin des pistes cyclables. - Maison très fonctionnelle. Il ne manquait rien au niveau cuisine. - Les 3 lits doubles sont très confortables - Le site exceptionnel du Cap Ferret Ce que nous avons moins apprécié: - La mezzanine très peu pratique avec un escalier/échelle pour l'accès et une hauteur sous le toit très réduite. Enfin nous n'avons pas utilisé le vélo mis à disposition, préférant avoir des vélos de location dont l'entretien est garanti. Les loueurs sont faciles d'accès à pied au Grand Piquey.

Emplacement parfait et au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison bien sympathique, située au calme dans les pins, et à un prix raisonnable par rapport à ceux (souvent délirants!) pratiqués au Cap Ferret. La propriétaire a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable et nous a donné les bonnes adresses du coin. L'emplacement est idéal, proche des pistes cyclables et de l'océan, et on trouve tout les commerces au village de Petit Piquey, tout proche.

Très bel emplacement

Maison charmante dans un environnement très calme, entourée de pins, proche du bassin et de l'océan. Bonne literie et propriétaire sympa. On a apprécié les vélos et raquette de badminton, ainsi que le piano pour faire un petit boeuf entre amis ;o)
