The property is located within walking distance to numerous nightlife/dining hot spots, grocery, pharmacy & is 6 easy blocks to the Metro rail line. A 2-car attached garage, private outdoor patio w/ hot tub, chimnea, table for 6 & gas grill are yours to enjoy.
Each of the 3 bedrooms features it's own bathroom and television with cable. None of the bedrooms share a wall which allows for privacy and relaxation even when traveling as a group.
You will have the entire residence & private outdoor patio to yourselves.
I am available to answer any questions, make suggestions and even provision the residence with food, drinks, alcohol or other necessities before you arrive (additional cost).
