Luxurious apartment very close, 2 minutes walk, to the most beautiful beaches of Marbella. View of beautiful communal gardens and swimming pools. Restaurants / bars, car not necessary.

This spacious apartment on the first floor is situated on the beach side of "the Golden Mile" in the urbanization Puente Romano Phase II and is surrounded by tropical gardens with two swimming pools. The apartment complex is located in the heart of "the Golden Mile", right next to the famous Nobu and Puente Romano Hotel with the same architecture. There are more than 20 high quality restaurants in the direct proximity (2 minute walk) of the apartment. You will find the famous Puente Romano tennis/paddel club, an extensive fitness club and water sports activties. In a few minutes you walk to the beach with beautiful "beach clubs" and bars / restaurants.
The apartment is only five minutes (taxi/Uber) away from both the historic, old town of Marbella and the cosmopolitan Puerto Banus.
Private parking space is available withing the gated community right at the entrance of the apartment.
Comfortable apartment
The beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a very large covered south-facing terrace. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds, comfortable chairs, a dining set, 2 large fans and 2 awnings, which makes staying on the terrace very pleasant all year round.
The apartment is climate controlled to make your stay during any time of the year comfortable. It is equipped with an alarm system and for your valuables there is a safe. The enclosed communal beautiful gardens and swimming pools are very well maintained and are not only a feast for the eyes but also a great place to relax. Sunbeds with mattresses and umbrellas are available in abundance and it is not necessary to reserve them. There is a pool service throughout the year.
Hotel service
The service that guests receive in this apartment is comparable to the service in a hotel. You also have your own place with lots of privacy and comfort. Things that are often lacking in a hotel.
The service includes 4.5 hours of cleaning per week and final cleaning. First supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, soap and a bottle of water are provided when you arrive. Bed linen and a towel set including a beach towel for each person are available.
The apartment complex has 24/7 security, a reception service that can also be reached via the internal telephone system. These services are all included in the prices.
It is also possible to offer additional services such as airport transfers, your first groceries, etc. at an additional cost.

This apartment has recently been completely renovated and is furnished with the advice of an interior stylist. Because of this we have succeeded in making it into a fantastic second home with a high level of comfort. Since we also use this apartment ourselves, you can expect an apartment with a high level of comfort - not a standard rental apartment. All materials and furniture - both inside and outside - are of high quality. The apartment is equipped with an exclusive kitchen from Banni, furniture from Rolf Benz inside and from BoConcept outside and very comfortable box spring beds. The modern bathrooms are equipped with thermostatic "Rainshowers", hanging toilets, a bath in bathroom 1 and a bidet in bathroom 2 and beautiful bathroom furniture with plenty of storage space. The main bedroom has a bathroom en suite adjacent. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.
The living room is equipped with a very comfortable couch. This sofa can be transformed into a bed, making it possible to use the apartment with 5 people. In the second bedroom the beds can possibly be placed next to each other. A baby bed and a high chair are available.
Equipment
Equipped with WiFi, a Bang & Olufsen sound system to stream your own music from your smartphone via Bluetooth. Smart LED TVs, 4K 65 inch in the living room, 50 inch in the main bedroom and 32 inch in the second bedroom, offer 50+ International and Spanish TV/radio channels. All TVs are connected to the internet so that you can watch Netflix from your account. There is a BluRay player present to watch DVDs and BluRays, as well as an Apple 4K TV in the living room to watch streaming programs. Via streaming, television programs of your home country can also be viewed.
The kitchen is equipped with the latest Siemens/Bosch appliances (combi oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a washing machine). There is a Nespresso machine with which coffee / expresso and cappuccino can be made, as well as a kettle, toaster, juicer and hand blender.
A perfect location all year
The urbanization Puente Romano is nicely developed and is the most sought after in "the Golden Mile" / Costa del Sol and has beautifully maintained tropical gardens. Because it is located next to the 5-star Nobu and Puente Romano hotels, this area has a lot to offer throughout the year.
In Puente Romano you will find various top-class different gourmet restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate area. The beach is one of the best in Marbella with very nice beach clubs and restaurants. There is a taxi rank and a bus stop less than 50 meters away from the apartment. This gives you a door-to-door service wherever you want to go. It is also possible to rent bicycles in Puente Romano.
This, together with the great weather almost all year round, makes this apartment a fantastic place to stay!
