Lovely house between the meadows against the waddendijk. The plot is enclosed by a ditch. At the back are fruit trees and from there it is beautiful to peer over the adjacent water of natural monuments. Climb the stairs on the other side of the road and see the Wadden Sea. There are 5 bikes ready to explore Texel. Get the groceries in the picturesque Oosterend and make a delicious meal in the cozy kitchen. Plop down in the warm comfortable couches and take another Jutter before bedtime. There are 7 beds and 2 bathrooms. The dog can come along. Moreover; his basket is ready.
'T Kaaps Huussie is available for hire during the school holidays and also for a weekend or midweek. Be welcome and feel at home. And one thing is certain; if you come once, you will come back!

Super gemütlicher Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haben täglich die vorhandenen Fahrräder genutzt, um die wundervolle Insel zu erkunden. Es war alles vorhanden, um unseren Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen und ein Stück niederländische Kultur zu erleben. Herzlichen Dank!

Romantisches Häuschen, liebevoll ausgestattet

Das Häuschen liegt direkt hinterm Deich. Die große Wiese lädt zum Fußballspielen ein. Alles was man braucht und mehr war vorhanden. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Heerlijk leefbaar en sfeervol huis op ultieme locatie

Kerst gevierd met onze alle op kamers wonende kinderen en hond. Dit huis heeft zowel de kleine knusheid als de ruimte voor ieder om zich ook even wat terug te trekken. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Het wakker worden met de opkomende zon op de dijk maar ook in de aangebouwde serre maakte dat het verblijf voelde als n cadeautje voor ons allemaal.

Geweldig ontspannen!

Wat is dit een fijn huis om in te verblijven! Heerlijk tot rust gekomen en alle tijd voor elkaar kunnen hebben. Zelfs de kids ( leeftijden van 20, 16 en 8 jaar) vonden het heerlijk!

Tolle Zeit auf Texel

Wir (5 Erwachsene Männer) haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr freundlich und „heimelig“ eingerichtet. Es waren sogar bereits Kaffeekapseln und alltägliche Küchenmittel vorhanden. Das Haus war sauber und die Nähe zum Wattenmeer hat uns grossartige Sonnenaufgänge beschert. Viel Natur, genug Platz für alle und eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin haben uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub auf Texel beschert. Vielen Dank, Marjon.

Très belle demeure pleine de charme !

Demeure très cosy MAIS 2 chambres EN ENFILADE: BOF! Éclairage sdb rdc: BOF! 5 vélos pour 6, avec un inutilisable : BOF! Personne ni à l’arrivée ni au départ: BOF! Les mouches, et sans tue-mouches: BOF! Interrupteurs eclairage : catastrophique et danger à mon avis. Par contre, 10/10 pour l’équipement, notamment électroménager !

Positiv: sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, einem Bauernhaus angemessen. Lage war für uns perfekt. Hatten 2große Hunde bei. Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten und 50 m entfernt über den Deich viel Wiese und Spazierweg direkt am Meer ohne Schafe ( Ende Oktober ) Vermieter sehr freundlich!!! Negativ: 3 Schlafzimmer davon ist eines ein Durchgangszimmer und in 2 Zimmern zieht es trotz geschlossener Fenster. Meine Kinder haben gefroren.

Pareltje van rust

Wat een heerlijk huis op een fantastische plek. De diepe tuin in lopen en vogels spotten? Of gewoon lekker liggen in het gras genieten van de prachtige luchten? Dit huis heeft het allemaal. Gezellig ingericht van alle gemakken voorzien. We voelden ons direct helemaal thuis en welkom. Prima fietsen in de schuur om lekkere tochten over het eiland te maken of om met z'n vijven naar een rondleiding in een van de Texelse bierbrouwerijen te fietsen. Aanrader!
