Mahana 308 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with free Wi-Fi, central AC, and an in unit washer and dryer. Unit 308 sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom is equipped with king-size bed and the living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and features an updated shower. Enjoy ocean views from your private lanai and close proximity to some of Maui's best beaches.

The kitchen has been remodeled with Australian river rock countertops and custom cabinets. Recently, more updates were completed, including the addition of new artwork, mirrors, décor, chair cushions, a brand new bed in the bedroom and a refreshed paint job.

The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of Ka'anapali Beach. The Mahana is close to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. You will enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a local grocery store. The sand levels at the beach located in front of the resort can vary depending on the conditions and tides, but there is a sandy entry to the ocean. Please check in with local experts on weather and swimming conditions before entering the water. The resort also features a pool and tennis court on the property. Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. There are no additional resort or parking fees.

Lovely Mahana condo

The condo was exactly as shown on the website. The palm trees and ocean view were spectacular and the sunsets amazing. The pool and hot tub were clean and for our stay, not crowded. It was great to walk on the beach and we lucky enough to see a couple turtles in the water. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

Wonderful location! We’ve stayed at Mahana several times and always love the nearby boardwalk, restaurants, and of course the beach. Plenty to walk to within 1-2 miles. The condo was nicely stocked with beach toys, chairs, and pantry basics. The toiletries were minimal so definitely bring your own! Wonderful place, we’d absolutely stay again.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HIDES OUT OF SERVICE AC AT END OF LISTINGThis is a lovely Condo in a great location at the northernmost portion of Kaanapali Beach. Breathing view of the ocean. I would NOT have rented if I had known the AC was out. When I reached out upon arrival they told me no refund so I made the best of it my open f the front door for cross breeze. I had several nights of really poor sleep. The condo is a little worn but lovely and quiet. In a well maintained two tower condo building with clean quiet pool and spa. The kitchen lights are too dark and the stove knobs are illegible which made cooking a guessing game. sleep.

Great place on the water

Condo was clean, well stocked w/ what you’ll need, communication good. Other than coffee pot leaked so you can’t prepare it the night before and a couple drawers in kitchen worn, I would recommend this listing. Thank you!

Perfect!

This is a perfectly well suited property. It had everything we needed to cook every evening. It was spacious, clean, quiet and is located in a beautiful area. We walked across the street to the grocery store for anything that we needed. It is easy to access restaurants and shopping without using a car. Absolute perfection!

The Views!

The best thing about the property is the view from the unit. Floor to ceiling windows right by the ocean. You can see turtles, fish and mongoose from your window! Beautifully decorated and super clean. Fully stocked kitchen (if you choose to cook lol) And two markets close by. We went to Lahaina one day but you really don't need to leave. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Unforgettable Vacation

We love this condo! Upon entering the first thing you see is a breathtaking view of the ocean, which is right outside the living room window and adjoining lanai. We fell asleep on the super comfortable bed to the sound of the waves crashing every night. The sunsets are awe-inspiring and the perfect backdrop for cocktails on the lanai. We walked to the beach and found many great places to set up and enjoy our time in the ocean! Everything you need for the perfect Maui vacation is in this condo and My Perfect Stays was very responsive. We can't wait to come back to Mahana 308!!

My wife & I stayed in 308; the view & the constant sound of the surf were fantastic. I thought that the space was well laid out, all the appliances worked well & were of good quality. The bed was comfortable, the decor was very pleasant, and the kitchen well-stocked with utensils. The only criticism I would have is that the kitchen & bathroom lighting were too dim. I also think that a ceiling fan on the lanai would be a terrific addition. The concierges' (especially Elise) were great! I will stay here again

Our stay in Mahana #308 from January 18th - 24th was nothing short of spectacular! The entire experience, from the initial communication process, to self check in, to the beautiful and well accommodated condo, and unparalleled week of whale watching from our private balcony, was a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget - except we plan to come back again! Everything we could want during our stay was thought of and the staff even checked in on us periodically to ensure all was ok - a first class operation to be sure! I highly recommend Mahana #308 to anyone who desires to have a truly PERFECT STAY! Jim K

Amazing Stay!

Pros: - Very well stocked kitchen that had the necessities so you don't have to buy it (e.g. toilet paper, more than 1 set of paper towels, extra garbage bags, washing machine & dishwasher tabs). We've stayed at places before that literally give you 1 of these items which can be a pain! - Comfortable bed and nice Smart TVs - You can't beat the views of the Mahana... we've stayed here 3 times (different rooms each time) and the view from this unit is great. Cons: - Not really any; only watch-out is that the owners seem to be really concerned about stains on towels from makeup (towels are white, minus black-ones they have for makeup removal) and sand in the unit. We're overly clean-people ourselves but were extra cautious as it seems like the unit owners had a concern on this. Just a heads up if you have little kids - given it's on the beach keeping sand out is easier said than done!

Not Impressed!!

My husband & I recently stayed for 4 nights, NO AC, messaged prior to arrival about a portable unit because I came across a recent post from someone else about no air. Was informed there would be a portable unit upon arrival. The air conditioning that was advertised, was the sole reason we booked the specific room.There was not! The room was so hot & so miserable was unable to get any sleep that night. After contacting the manager, she attempted to get a portable AC unit. Which, after maintenance arrival, they told us would not work. We were not able to get another room until the following day, Which during the time of a scheduled group activity my phone was non stop with emails and calls. RUINING that activity. On top of all the hassle, there was nothing refunded. Only the price difference between rooms we had to switch.The condo we were relocated to, had tiles throughout that were loose, and moved around when walking on. There was no hot water in the shower at night. And the shower non stopped dripped. On top of other people’s hair on the shower walls and only 1 towel provided in the room. We also had to listen to the people in the condos above us, dogs barking all night. This was my first trip to Maui, and would NOT stay at this resort again.

Lovely place

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The kitchen is well stocked, a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance and the view is incredible. Do be aware that the palms just outside the windows do block a little bit of the ocean view, but they also provide shade in the late afternoon which we appreciated. We saw whales (so many whales) from the lanai as well as turtles. Property manager did everything they could to be helpful but we never needed anything from then. The only disappointment was slight and it was that there was no maid service at all during a 10 day stay. Having someone come in once during that time with clean linens would have been nice. I don't think you can go wrong with this place and we are already talking about going back. The condition of the beach while we were there was not conducive to snorkling right off the beach in front of the building. Entry into the water was much better about a 5-10 minute walk south.

Great condo in Maui

The condo was perfect. The Beach was small but the condo had a great view of the ocean. It was well stocked. Very comfortable beds. Only a short drive to airport beach and black rock! Our only complaint was check-in process with myperfectstays. We did not receive an email with check-in information. When we called, the my perfect stay's office was closed. The person answering the phone stated that she did not have access to the address of the property or even the name of the property. She sent us to 2 wrong condo developments before we found the correct one. We were also given the incorrect unit number. We spent over an hour trying to find the correct condo. This was enormously stressful. No one from myperfectstays ever called to apologize for the problems. The property is great but the management company is awful!

This is a great spot! The view is unbeatable and the property is well maintained. We were surprised at how comfortable the bed was but didn't care for the pillows, which is more a personal preference than a criticism. Unfortunately for us the washer and dryer were not functional during our stay but the property manager made sure we had clean linens and towels.Really, my only complaint was not being notified that they had window maintenance being performed on the building which required they leave a suspended platform hanging from the building all week. Then, when they worked on this units windows they smeared them all up and ruined what was otherwise a great view. Snorkeling is great from this location and we saw sea turtles in the ocean off the lenai daily.I would recommend this unit.
