Flat El TESORO de la Caleta has the perfect location and equipment to enjoy Cadiz at any time of the year.



It is located in the old town, just 2 minutes walk from the beach of La Caleta, 300m from the Gran Teatro Falla and has a multitude of services in its surroundings such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, public transport,...



Recently and totally refurbished accommodation (August 2018) of 70 m2 on 3rd floor with 3 bedrooms and capacity for up to 5 people has a beautiful living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and window to the outside, master bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds in each one. All fully equipped with air conditioning with heat pump and TV for each of the rooms. It also has a practical bathroom equipped with hairdryer among others.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

This unit is a scam and vrbo customer service is awful

I sent several emails, and called vrbo customer service to report the the shower drain was clogged and water would flood the apartment. Property manager didn’t address my request to fix the shower until the next day and the AC three days after my check in, after I had already left the unit a day after my check in. I sent a video per vrbo request, the customer rep put me on hold for such a long time that the call got disconnected. After that no one called me back or replied my emails or vrbo messages. This is is my first time doing business with vrbo and certainly my last. The unit was a scam and vrbo is no better for promoting this type of scams.

Me ha gustado mucho la ciudad y sus gentes. El apartamento reformado en buenas condiciones de habitabilidad y limpieza. En general todo bien. - Bajada de al menos un 15 %del precio total. - Permitir pagar un porcentaje por adelantado, para reservar y posibilidad de pagar el resto a la entrega de llaves. - Gestionar la reserva de una plaza de aparcamiento en parking cercano. - Mirar el apartamento por Cadizrentals con anterioridad a la entrega de llaves y solucionar las anomalías observadas (funcionamiento aires acondicionados, limpieza horno, etc). - Ascensor
