Apartments El BALNEARIO, just 3 minutes walk from La Caleta Beach, will allow you to enjoy pleasant beach days, carnivals and Holy Week, next to the pedestrian street Virgen de la Palma, known for its restaurants and famous church, with its majestic palm trees and its magnificent "pescaíto" fried fish restaurants.



These are 3 apartments in a building without a lift in a renovated building, with a COMMUNAL SOLARIUM TERRACE.



Each apartment is 40m2 with a modern and cosy style. They feature a living-dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the living room has a double sofa bed that provides the apartments with capacity for up to 3 people.

Balnerio was a great place to stay & enjoy Cadiz

Barrio La Viña is awesome albeit a tad loud at times! El Balneario is a great location with easy access to popular places in Cadiz. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a short walking distance. We loved having the terrace. While I am not sure you can do anything about it, there was a musty smell at times.
