Villa Claretta is a bright and sunny two-story villa in a quiet position, in the Apulian countryside, a short distance from the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Claretta you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. Villa Claretta is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Marina di Alliste, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant at 800 meters (880 yards) and the closest beach (Capilungo beach) at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 miles). You will reach Villa Claretta from the parking area along a walkway that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps. Please kindly note that at Villa Claretta the water comes from a well and might not be drinkable.
To stay at Villa Claretta you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). In the garden you will find a portable barbecue.
Ground FloorPatio 1
The first patio is 75 square meters (810 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs. From the patio you will have a view of the garden and of the parking lot.
Patio 2
The second patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with two sofas and two armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and comfortable, and include a L-shaped sofa. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first and the second patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second patio.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio and the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid yellow majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom living room through an access area.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room through an access area. First FloorTerrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the swimming pool and of the garden and of the sea at a distance.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the garden along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a small window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
