A des capacités mais ne les exploite pas !!!!!
Accueil 5/5, cadre reposant en fonction du voisinage..... Déçue en revanche de l'appartement, cher, pour la presta proposée. Pas de clim, pas de lave linge, literie deplorable et minimum en matière d'ustensiles.. reste un bel endroit mais 15 jours, c'était trop...

Het appartement is prima om met 2 personen te verblijven. De keuken, badkamer en het balkon waren erg fijn. De parkeerplaats was de te klein voor onze auto maar we konden die van de eigenaar gebruiken, waardoor de auto onder het appartment in de schaduw kon staan. Het matras van het bed was niet fijn, ‘s ochtends stonden we op met pijn in onze rug.

Bij aankomst schoon en de bedden waren al opgemaakt.
Voor het eerst koffie met een pergulator gezet omdat er geen ander modern koffiezetapparaat voor handen was.
Balkon met ochtendzon.
Voldoen ruimte in de buurt om te parkeren. 1-richtingsverkeer werkt erg goed. Loopafstand naar het strand is prima. Leuk strandtentje.
Voorzien van een modern koffiezetapparaat
Voorzien van een moderne keuken met kookplaat en een aanrecht waarbij de wasbakken gebruikt kunnen worden voor de afwas. Nu liep het water steeds weg ook al had je de stop op de afvoer gezet.
Een wat modernere inrichting die beter past bij de huidige tijd. Prima douche maar als je doucht wordt de badkamervloer erg snel nat en glad. Een klein drempeltje zou het water wel tegen kunnen houden.
De bijbehorende parkeerruimte was te krap voor mijn auto. In de accommodatiebeschrijving zouden de afmetingen vermeld moeten worden. Op de site staat dat er gebruik gemaakt kan worden van een zwembad. Het was wel duidelijk dat dat al enige tijd niet meer kan dus dat mag wel van de site afgehaald worden.

Bedankt voor jullie gedetailleerde waardering, erg fijn. Klopt dat het restaurant met zwembad helaas deze zomer niet open was. Wij zullen de opmerkingen ter verbetering aan de eigenaar voorleggen.
De stop in de wasbak is inmiddels vervangen en de maten van de parkeerplaats staan inmiddels op de site

Avis positif en général malgré quelques aspects à améliorer
La localisation
L’installation électrique est vétuste et l’équipement de la cuisine insuffisant(ustensiles manquants ou en mauvais état)L’accès à la wifi est très aléatoire car l’appartement de dispose pas de sa propre Box.Il fallait faire un mise à jour de la box dans l’appartement voisin!

Nous avons informer le propietaire pour renouver l'équipement de la cuisine. Aussi est informé le tecnic de Wifi a voir si l' année prochaine il y a le fibra dans le batiment de Mare Nostrum...

Me encanta la zona. El trato de Linda con los clientes es excelente. El apartamento tiene lo justo para estar bien. Repetire.
