This property was spot on for our needs.

Whilst on the 4th floor this property provided wonderful sea views and indeed of surrounding areas, a great bonus whilst eating, or having a relaxing coffee / light refreshment! The apartment is simple and easy to manage. The true value of property is the excellent back up service provided by those at reception, easy to communicate with and nothing seems to be a problem, leading to a very enjoyable relaxing stay. Top marks, F & A Smyth.

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung für einen schönen Urlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Keine 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Anreise mit Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Auch am Abreisetag lief alles ohne Probleme. Bei Ankunft roch der Abfluss der Dusche etwas komisch.

The Apartment looks tired, it has wonderful potential, a good clean / clear out followed by a good c

The property has a somewhat dated / tired look about it, a new clean shower curtain could work wonders for the bathroom. The kitchen area whilst workable and clearly had a new hob fitted in the recent past alas the area in front of the hob is ill fitting / loose. As reported the electric socket / light switch over the bed is in poor working condition as is the socket at the sink in bathroom. A new bulb in the fridge. A good lick of paint to brighten - freshen up the apartment would work wonders. It's a combination of the small things that make it all work. We enjoyed our stay and will consider a return visit.
