Thank you for your feedback. You contacted us for a shorter-than-minimum stay of 5 days and pleaded for a discount, both of which were granted. You asked us about wifi-access aavailability of a fishing boat, both of which were also offered (though I understand that you and your familiy prioritised the wifi only). You didn’t like the location of the cabin, which is clearly marked on maps and in the description you received in advance with exact travel time to all surrounding towns, villages and shops. You mention that it is far away from "other highlights". The villages of Geiranger and Lom (and the surrounding fjords, glaciers, historical sites and mountain ranges) are among the very top sites in Norway in terms of annual tourist visitors and they are both within 45-50 minute drives from the cabin. Many people visit us exactly because of proximity to these places. Most guests read a map before they book their trip. It is correct that beds are not made on arrival unless this is requested specifically. Most guests prefer to decide which (among the 10) beds to use themselves, upstairs or downstairs. Additional services are available on request. I am also sorry that the price continues to trouble you even after you have decided to book the cabin, and after your discount. We take great pride in offering a high-end cabin to people who visit Norway and the Grotli region to explore nature and enjoy the tranquility of Norway's most well preserved mountain areas and national parks. The Grotli area has served as a cross-road and mountain refuge between the east and west of Norway for hundreds of years and continues to attract travelers with a genuine interest in nature, hiking, fishing, and local food, while taking daytrips to nearby villages and towns. They visit Grotli for all of this.
