About this property

Bonita Casa En El Sol

This beautiful house is situated in Puerto de Mazaron is in the Murcia region of Southern Spain. It is still a very “Spanish” town and although it has many bars and restaurants it doesn’t have that “Loutish” element.
This stylish villa has three bedrooms. Two doubles and a twin. So sleeps six. If required there is also use of a travel cot. There is an outside shower as well as the bathroom and a downstairs wc. It comes fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home including wifi and air conditioning. There is a brick built Bar B Q perfect for alfresco dining. The communal pool is quiet and only a few steps up right outside the back door.
The beach with its many bars, restaurants and the picturesque marina is only a short walk away.
You can fly in to the new Murcia International airport (RMU) and it’s just a 45 min drive from there.
An additional £85 will be added for cleaning fee on all bookings.
