Fantastic Villa Classico in the Country Club Mazarron. Pool 4 x8 m. Nice well-kept terrace with garden. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 5 minutes to shopping 10 minutes to the beaches of Puerto de Mazarron. 1 hour drive from Alicante. Fully equipped kitchen. The area around Mazarron offers a variety of opportunities: hiking, beach, cycling, golf, ideal for a family vacation.
Air conditioning in every bedroom .. Ceiling fan in the living room, chimney available. Weekly pool service. Kitchen fully equipped, bed linen, towels and beach towels available. Bars and restaurants at least 3 km away, car necessary. Caretaker in German on site.

Der Gesamteindruck ist sehr gut. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Insgesamt gab es nur zwei Dinge, die uns nicht gut gefallen haben: Der Pool wurde in der gesamten Zeit nur einmal abgesaugt, wöchentlich wäre angebracht gewesen. Die sehr schöne Dachterrasse konnte leider nicht genutzt werden, da es hier ein Taubenkotproblem gibt. Alles in allem können wir die Villa sehr empfehlen.

Mazarron juillet 2023

La propriété est conforme a l’annonce, cuisine bien équipée. Le propriétaire est disponible et en contact. Le quartier Country Club est en retrait de la ville mais très facile d’accès, c’est un quartier très calme et la petite épicerie a 2 minutes a pied est très pratique. Il y a plusieurs belles plages et criques à proximité. La localisation est parfaite pour plusieurs excursions a une heure et moins en voiture, puis au retour il y a la piscine. Une très belle semaine a Mazarron, danke Heiko !

Fantástico

Estupenda propiedad para descansar y salir por Puerto Mazarrón. Dueño contesta muy rápido. La encargada Susanne muy simpática. La zona exterior con piscina, barbacoa, diversas tumbonas y zonas de sombras eran geniales.

Casa excepcional

El año pasado ya escogimos esta casa estupenda, y este año hemos repetido con la misma satisfacción. La casa está muy equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso y la piscina y exterior genial. El propietario es muy amable, así como Susanne, que es la persona que se encarga de recibirnos, y es encantadora. Ojalá podamos volver!

Estupenda casa para descansar y pasar unos día inolvidables.

El propietario ha sido muy comprensivo, porque poco antes de ir dijeron unos amigos de ir, pero al final no vinieron. La casa es preciosa, está todo muy bien cuidado y limpio. Cómo la casa tiene varios balcones, corre mucho fresquito, por lo que en los 2 dormitorios de arriba se duerme en la gloria. Las camas están bien. La piscina tiene el tamaño perfecto, es grande y cubre sólo un poco al final. La sombrilla es una pasada y las tumbonas y demás muebles de exterior están muy bien. Lo único, recomiendo llevar cosas para los mosquitos, porque hay muchísimos. Tiene horno y lavavajillas. Espero que podamos volver el próximo año.

Vacaciones perfectas y tranquilas

Alojamiento totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días tranquilos y desconectados. Susanne, la persona encargada de recibirnos es encantadora, y todo estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos. La casa está fenomenal y hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y de las noches en el jardín, muy cuidado y muy bonito. Tan solo tuvimos un problema con el frigorífico los últimos días, porque apenas enfriaba, y enseguida nos proporcionaron una pequeña nevera. En cuanto al dueño de la casa, Heiko, a pesar de encontrarse en Alemania, siempre fue muy educado y amable desde el principio. Desde luego, ha sido todo un acierto elegir este alojamiento para nuestras vacaciones. La urbanización es muy tranquila y la playa está a unos 15 minutos. Nos ha encantado a toda la familia!!!
