About this property

Charming and modern vintage style apartment located in prime location!

Would you also like to sleep under old stone vaults in a prime location in the heart of Antwerp? Our apartment is 80m2, located on the ground floor and a basement. It has a modern and cozy appearance and is fully equipped. The bathroom has recently been renewed and has a beautiful, modern concrete-circle look, with underfloor heating.
In our apartment you will sleep in peace under beautiful old vaults.
We have 2 bedrooms; a front room with a single and a double bed, and a rear room with a double bed.
Downstairs is a luxury bathroom with shower and toilet, and on the ground floor there is a second toilet.

The location is nicely centrally located and is 150 m2 from the Grote Markt and the Scheldt quays. It is a pleasant street and plenty of options for culinary enjoyment of various restaurants.

Between the historic buildings and galleries, there is a small playground for the children in the middle of the street.

I booked my stay well in advance of my trip. I ended up needing to add a few days and contacted the lister. They never got in contact with me after a month, I figured because it was still months away they were just busy, so I cancelled and rebooked with the updated dates. I arrive in Amsterdam after an 11hr flight and am about to board a 1hr train into Antwerp to find my listing cancelled. "It had water damage from over a year ago and still under repairs." THEN TAKE THE LISTING DOWN! Horrible experience.

Séjour très agreable

Nous avons un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Très bien situé et dans une rue très calme. Nous étions avec deux enfants et le parc de jeux a 100m était très pratique. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très arrangeants. Les lits sont très confortables. Il ne manquait rien. L’escalier menant aux chambres en sous-sol est étroit et un peu raide et peut être un peu dangereux pour des enfants en bas âge mais à part ce petit bémol tout était parfait.
