Lovely apartment in La Herradura with a south-oriented terrace and panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea and the charming Marina del Este. Situated in a nice, well-kept urbanization with a lovely shared swimming pool area and tennis court. Very suitable for couples or families who wish a cozy atmosphere.



Newly renovated and very nice apartment located on the Costa Tropical directly on the Mediterranean coast.

Apartment, which is approx. 80 m2, contains a very nice open space kitchen / dining area with direct access to the terrace, which has a unique and spectacular view over the Mediterranean Sea and the marina Marine del Este and Almuñecar.



The kitchen is very well equipped with SMEG fridge, oven and dishwasher. Beautiful dining table for 6 people, air conditioning, satellite TV with over 60 channels, DVD, Wireless Internet.



There are 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, and the other with two single beds, wardrobe and ceiling fan. There are also two bathrooms with either shower or bathtub and laundry washer and dryer.



The Swimming pool is open between March 1st and November 1st, and tennis court is open all year round.



There is only approx. 1 hour drive from La Herradura to Granada and Alhambra, and 1½ hour drive to Sierra Nevada, Europe’s southern ski sport area.



The apartment is really a pearl, great situated and a good starting point for all the sights in the area.

Très bel appartement

Appartement très agréable, grand, propre. Il est très bien équipé. C'est très apprécié d'avoir les produits de menage aussi. La piscine est impeccable et très grande. C'est conforme aux photos. Tout était parfait. Seul bémol, l'agence qui gère le bien nous a juste donné la clef et aucunes explications (où sont les poubelles, ect, ...). A ce moment là autant mettre une boite à clef c'est encore plus simple.

Alt var og er godt i denne lejlighed. Lejligheden har en fantastisk udsigt, som man nyde fra morgen til aften. Flotte omgivelser i bebyggelsen, rent og pænt overalt. Personalet hos Rincon Rent er meget venligt og der ydes en rigtig god betjening.

Vi kan godt lide lejligheden masser af lys og fin indretning. Dejlige senge og gode dyner. Alt fungere så godt undtagen fjernsynet. Vi var lidt uheldig med vandet dennegang, men det fik vi løst sammen med ejeren. Vi har bestilt til næste år ️️ Vi syntes, at det fungere godt. Dejlig med en fin start pakke, alletiders
