The apartment has been fully refurbished Nov 2019.
The shower-room on the ground floor has been fully refitted, and a new walk-in shower cubicle has replaced the bath in the upstairs bathroom (making a spacious shower room).
The 2 double beds have been replaced with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the ground floor bedroom.
New good quality bedding and towels have been provided plus new lamps, pictures, door hooks and other accessories which are aimed to increase the comfort for guests.
Outside furniture has been replaced with quality furniture and solar fairy lights have been added to give a good ambience in the evenings. Blankets have been provided for cool nights stargazing.

Set on Crystal Bay Marina, a quiet, well established site near Kucuk Erenkoy, this stylish and comfortably furnished air-conditioned apartment features lounge/dining area, fully-fitted kitchen with appliances, 2 double bedrooms (1 ground floor), 2 bath/shower-rooms, private fenced patio, Smart TV & WiFi. On site there are beautiful gardens, restaurant, outside bar, 2 swimming pools, children's pool, play area, petanque, practice golf, gym, lounge with DVD and book library, weekly exercise classes. To enable guests to make the most of the weather, the apartment is fully fitted with everything you will need, including BBQ, table & chairs and sun-loungers. Towels and bedding are provided, and the apartment will be clean and ready for your arrival. It is possible to provide (at small charge) high chair and travel cot for your stay.
Free private parking is available on the road outside the apartment. Aqua beach is nearby. An information sheet is provided for all guests, including access information.
There are numerous walking and cycling trails near to the apartment plus restaurants and bars a short drive away.

Why they chose this property

Crystal Bay Marina has developed into a beautiful, quiet and quality resort. It is perfect for a relaxing break but you can also venture out (car recommended) and experience the wider area. North Cyprus is beautiful and unspoilt. There are so many places to walk, cycle and explore. The Cypriot people are friendly, the sun is hot and the food is delicious.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful Kyrenia; the Crusader castles; beaches (including Aqua beach & Turtle beach); lots of history; peace and quiet and lots of lots of space!
